Though might be easier if say someone created some mess . Say-....... Popular Post FangFerang
This is BS. Both sides are guilty. Now, the peaceful protesters are...attacking taxis, buses and lobbing grenades at cops? And people are saying that it is a conspiracy to deface the glorious, pristine, angelic protesters? Hogwash. This has become the yellow version of the red 2010, and instead of red thugs we have polytechnic students with a long history of violence pretending to be bystanders... What is wrong with us, that we think either side is emperically allowed to do this, and simply because we are on their side? What wonderful arrogance. Unfortunately. what we are seeing is the beginning of an uncivil war, where suicide bombers and random attacks are the last and UNFORGIVABLE resort of the disenfranchised, and the firmly unfair last resort of the wealthy. This is a bloody stalemate that will not go away until some genius announces that compromise is the key to civikisation, Edited November 30, 2013 by FangFerang

Richiekorn
Laughing at the bickering going on here. Is anyone here actually Thai? Wrong time for this unoriginal train of thought mate. How's the inside of your box? I don't really know what your talking about, but its the constant bickering that leads to fights. If everyone just agrees to disagree, sit down have a beer then all would be well. I live in a foreign country, I am not Thai. There is absolutely no point in joining in with other people's matters. I live in Thailand, I am not Thai. For me and many on this forum it's not "other people's matters" Foreign as in I also live here in Thailand, not my home country. Still NOT my business. Let's just say, if you and your wife were having an argument and someone from a few cities away jumped in to speculate, would you tell them to piss off? monkeycountry
YOU ANTI THAKSIN supporters have to admit now that the agressors are the demonstrators YOU cant blame the red shirts for this since its clear they were the ones attacked and if it turns out they shot the kid dead then it was obviosuly in self defense while being attacked by a MOB. there is also a video just posted of these so called peaceful protesters attacking a taxi and the driver figured I would post the video to show who the aggressors are http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-chbv56ZvPE#t=0 Come on Yingluck stop pussyfooting with these scumbags and enforce the law Shall we compare track records of the reds and yellows re: mindless violence, chucking buckets of human blood over buildings ( that was soooo gross ) inciting crowds to burn Bangkok, invading hospitals...... you feel ok with that? Yeah, pretty ok with that. The blood thing was petty asian third world stuff, shamanistic and all a bit emotional and blurry, but we are in Asia ( i hope) Who burned Bangkok is still debatable. Anybody convicted yet ?? "Invading" , or is it checking out (?) a hospital after someone used the building to shoot at you ?? Understandable, i think. Government using snipers to murder unarmed demonstrators ?? Are you ok with that lemonjelly ??? "Government using snipers to murder unarmed demonstrators ??" - anybody convicted yet? :-) Talk about shooting yourself in the foot :-)
jdinasia
DK since the first reports were of 2 RU students assaulted by the reds, you may have things back asswards! Sadly the students did not stay by their stage and they retaliated against the attacks by the reds. If you have issues with my timeline read all the way through the Jatuporn thread. The rector of RU called for justice for the 2 students assaulted by the reds before the violence escalated by the students.

Intimating to the red shirts. The video clearly starts with the red terrorists retreating to the safety of their police protectors towards the stadium, followed by students. Then shots are heard from the stadium end and the students flee back towards their end pursued by the gun wielding red maniacs. In my mind it is clear. These reds are being paid to do this, the police will in the end conclude that the shots were fired by students.... blah blah blah.

I hope and looking forward to Yingluck being charged after army enters the city I guess you cant read too well can you I said IF it turns out to be a red shirt so I had considered it Why would she get charged she has been EXTREMLY PATIENT up to now allowing them to break the law THEY ARE NOW BECOMING VIOLENT and need to be stopped, I doubt she will goe as far as the yellows did by killing 90 people, she has way more sense than that. Lol, because if Abihist can be charged after putting up with city being held hostage for a month, she most certainly should be charged after 1 week wait She wont order the army to open fire on unarmed civilians killing 90 of them that is why Abhisit is seeing the courtrooms nothing more. That there were 2 students attacked first by Reds kinda makes a world of difference though it does not excuse the students' behavior afterwards. RubbaJohnny
Sad to here of any death.RIP Disappointing in what is a Thai argument about distribution of wealth and power no condolences to the victims family whatever role the young man had.RIP a sad loss. One thing we know amongst the aggressive banter is there is a mum and dad who lost their child. sincerely hope he is the only victim of these tragic events. I hope the disgraceful events of recent days will bring wiser counsel and less hotheadedness.I see no benefit and only and backlash if falangs incite passions. smedly
so if I'm reading this thread correctly and all the information provided is near enough correct - some anti government protestors attacked a bus transporting redshirts with stones and whatnot then the redshirts opened fire with lethal weapons in retaliation and shot some young guy dead but the redshirts don't carry weapons and didn't shoot at police and army in 2010........right so who is the DSI going to charge with this murder ?
Biscuit22
The police need to come under intense criticism for these events today. They have shielded the heavily armed red militia, and done absolutely nothing to stop the running battles. They are one sided, biased and nothing more than an extension of Thaksin's iron fist. It is the police and their one sided conduct that will eventually bring the army out to protect the people.... DO NOT underestimate the army. Oh.. and you can now forget any celebrations on the 5th. That day will probably be marked with an ongoing civil war stirred up by Jutaporn and Thida. I dearly hope they will be taken out for good.... call in the snipers. Are their any good vantage points overlooking the stadium?
