Indeed, Thailand want Tourists back BADLY!  There is no restriction from China side as we speak.  No exit restrictions for Chinese nationals to leave the country.  As soon as flights are open from China to thailand, Chinese will come.  If no flights, Chinese will have to come through laos via land.

I predict China to Thailand flight will resume soon in June.  With that comes the Chinese tourists.
