March 17, 20215 yr Nobody mails utility bills and banks do not mail statements et al. Local immigration issues proof of address but, here, they don't mail it they simply give it to you. Do I now have to drive around hoping for a speeding ticket by camera?

In fact, I use my DL all the time for ID ,my bank is always asking for ID .

No, just go to your local immigration office as ask for a letter to prove your address, they might charge 500 baht for the service, and if you are not already into their system a rental contract might be needed together with a TM30 address report (your landlord should already have done that); as usual, requirements might be different in different provinces.
