Chonburi is surrounded by Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi and Rayong. Is there anything stopping people driving over the provincial border and eating in?

Unlikely there is at the moment, there is a request that people do not travel from the deep red zones. Not sure how well the Chonburi or Bangkok plates would go down. Watch this space, individual provinces can now make their own rules and may close their areas.

LOL. You have to laugh at some people.

Would you drive 100km for a bunk up though?

I can see you all now settling in front of your TV. Getting very excited as you open your plastic food box to see what cold/tepid delights ley inside. Don't panic it's only for (They say) 2 weeks. Yep pull the other one.
