I would consider that they are residents as well. They won't be driving back to Isaan everyday.

There is a formal residency system in Thailand. If you aren’t registered in Chonburi, the government cannot reach you to participate in the vaccination program when it happens in 2022.

Yes a problem for many. They can only get (free) treatment in the Province of their official (id card or 30 baht card) address.

Let's face it, at least the loudly coloured plastic chairs made it in time ....... the choice of colours being a definite step in the right direction - me thinks! ????
