I see your point but as those laughing ones indeed do indicate a low opinion of the British Government/Embassy, sad really because 30 to 40 years they used to be quite helpful. Now whether that was a result of having a more dominant Ambassador(s) in those times or British policy was different then I have no idea. I suspect it will get no better with Boris as PM and Dominic Raab as Foreign Secretary when it comes to helping their nationals overseas albeit for covid vaccinations or other matters, look at the issue of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe as an example of the latter. 3

One time i rang them and they threw the phone up on me and the second time i sent an e-mail Nothing drastic. I got a reply saying they got the e-mail and no more action on the e-mail They are just hopeless All there efforts go on security LOL
