If there is only 5 people or less in the car and they all have mask on, is that still illegal?

Do they have hospital appointments.....?

Expect the curfew to be extended to 24 hours a day in the areas where this has been happening.

The oppressors cannot lock up everyone when the masses are marching. If they try, it's like throwing water onto a grease fire.

https://thethaiger.com/news/bangkok/gatherings-prohibited-due-to-covid-19-before-planned-protests

For the safety of its citizens and to protect from the spread of Covid-19, the greater Bangkok area Covid-19 command centre has banned any activities or gatherings that involve more than 5 people. The ban on gatherings comes coincidentally just hours before planned mass anti-government protests in the capital, scheduled for today.

That's why i said a while ago , mr P and mr A want this pandemic to go on for a while(hence their !@#$ up vaccine system) because otherwise there will be mass protests all over the country .

It would only take one agitator and we could see similar scenes to what we are seeing on the news coming out of South Africa at the moment.

They should ban gatherings like this strictly..... oh, sorry, this is a crowd waiting for vaccines in Bangkok.

By the way, they shouldn't distribute them in such an unhealthy way.

It’s not just vaccine, missus went to krung Thai bank yesterday with her ID to confirm some app thing, to get free money for food. It was a similar scene with people queuing nose to tail, lottery and som tam sellers on the steps to the bank.
In the past I have forbid her from collecting the “Pittance” and endangering her and my life, I must have slipped yesterday. They dream up these ideas and cause more issues implementing them, f there are so many government workers just wasting their days until pension, let them go door to door giving out relief. They did in the flood

in out city.

I think it is more likely that he will be moved on, though not by the protesters, but by a "coup" from within the armed forces. He has been in power for 7 years and counting and is blocking the path for others with the highest of aspirations. The mismanagement of the Covid crisis presents an excellent pretext for his removal. So, it will be same same but with a different face in charge. Things may even be worse than they are now with regards to the concentration of wealth, freedom of expression, nationalist sentiment. Turbulent times are ahead.

Odd that these protests would be happening at the same time as a serious uptick in positive tests....

Or is it?

Hungry Thai people looting supermarkets here, in Thailand, like the looting we are seeing in South Africa on the news at the moment.

Sadly nothing is going to happen from the protest especially his removal but it is entertaining to see how far they might go?

yep, it will get worse, and expect some civil unrests once the Thai government will go in over ride mode in their fear campaign and start locking down people in their own home to keep them "safe" from the protests :passifier:

Thai's dont have the balls to start looting and smashing up shopping centers

All over Facebook. I hope they finally have the balls to keep up the heat. The government is a disgrace and the top cronies should be gone. I’ll take Thaskin back any day.

I'm sure they helped themselves before torching the place.

I have never seen any reports/video of looting during these times. I'm not saying that it never happened, but I'm doubtful.

I have not said that it has happened.

What I am saying is, given a certain sort of circumstances, an agitator may incite desperate people to do such acts.

When tensions are high, and people have nothing to lose, anything is possible.

No, your initial post re Central World implied they looted the stores before torching it which as far as I'm aware didn't happen an therefore, your subsequent statement "I have not said that it has happened" is false.

Do you really think the protesters entered the shopping mall, stole nothing, just set fore to it, and left?

Do you have any proof to backup your assertions, or are you just going to continue doubling down instead of admitting you may have been a bit OTT?
