Strange analogy. They did choose the horse and now they are asking the horse to do something. Why do you think they chose the horse?

They come to suspected infected people's homes, install a large metal bar on the doors, so they can't escape and contaminate others..

He's got stores up north, too. You can't miss them. But I make my own pizza from scratch, so I don't know how his taste.

Isn't there something about leading them to water but not counting them before they hatch? Or is it something about not looking in their mouths while making hay?
