I had problems from the get go.

 

Finally was able to input my email.  Thats as far as I could get.

 

Is that all they need, your email?

When I tried again it replied email already taken.

 

 

Have tried 4 times.  I get back a message:  Bad reques #400 unable to verify your data submission.  Sad.

After submitting my email, they emailed me a link to complete my registration. At the end of that registration (on submit) I got error #476, but then I refreshed, it sent the form data again, and it worked (or at least I got a success page).

I make you right there. Was just a thought but it has seemed to have crashed. Only to be expected but I will just wait until I get the Moderna and keep my head down until then.

2 different email on 2 different pcs crashed after first input then said already taken when tried to refresh or start afresh.

 

Eventually somebody there will discover a load of emails with no data attached - or will the emails just get sold on to a marketing company........????

ok I got through finally after 20 tries....

 

 

Tip #1....

You can reuse your gmail account by placing a period "." anywhere in your name
[email protected] is the same as [email protected] is the same as [email protected]

#2. If successful the website will email a unique link to you

#3. Click the link in the email to fill out form.

#4 Must upload Photo of passport + visa. The app did not allow uploading 1 photo at a time. Must upload both photos at the same time.

 

#5. Finish the registration, but get errror message. Hit back button and it shows success.  Also, reclick the same link in the email again,  it will show a successful registration is completed.

Making my email address(s) public is not too much of security issue.  The key items to safeguard are DOB's, Social Security #'s and passport #'s.  Based upon what i have seen this morning I  am going to forget this and any other Vaccine registration fiascos in LOS and find a way to make my flight to the US from BKK.
