Do you know this man? Police appeal for help in tracking down foreigner in Khon Kaen massage woman attack

This is the face of a foreign man who is wanted in connection with the attack on a 45 year old traditional massage lady in Khon Kaen.

 

The woman - who had spent many years in Australia - was viciously battered and found bloodied by people who had seen blood mixed with water flow from the Dee Na shop.

 

The owner of the shop was in Bangkok. They checked CCTV on their phone and urged local people to break in and alert the police.  

 

Daily News reported that immigration police were leading the inquiry with help from tourist and Muang district police.

 

The attack occurred near the Khon Kaen Vocational College - a place that the foreigner was seen heading for after the attack.

 

The public is asked to call 1155 or 191 or contact immigration on 1178.

 

The foreigner who is a burly individual is believed to ride a large red trimmed off road motorcycle.

 

A bike matching that description was reportedly parked at another massage shop on Maliwan Road midweek. 

 

One Thai media said that the rider was travelling all over Isaan stopping to sleep wherever took his fancy. They said his bike had no plates.

Daily News quoted Pol Col Phisanu Sitthithoon from Region 4 immigration as saying checkpoints had been issued with photographs of the man and vehicle. 

 

They reported that the son of the victim said that she had worked in Australia for seven years and returned seven months ago and went to work in Khon Kaen at the massage parlor where the attack took place.

 

Daily News said that popular hangouts of foreigners in Khon Kaen, resorts and hotels had all been checked. 

 

Sanook named the woman and said she was from Lopburi and though she was recovering could still not give evidence in the case.

 

They said in a headline that an arrest warrant was in the offing but gave no evidence of that in their story.

No. The police did not pixelate his face. His face is clearly shown on every media outlet except one and there are even pictures of him taken from the security camera with no shirt and no mask on circulating on all media outlets except one

We do not need a person like him anywhere. Let him go direct to a thai prison rest of his life.

 

I am thinking most of the woman he try to kill, but also at the farrang reputation, he make it bad for all of us.

Better than then risk some Thai vigilante group finding him first...

You would figure that a check of their database would show his photo and who he is.  Their is a chance he came into the country illegally but I find that highly unlikely.  With his picture they could check that immigration data base and they would know shortly who he is.

Exactly.

At immigration, they take our fingerprints and pictures.

With pictures, it should be easy to identify him.

As well, I think she touched something in the massage shops and fingerprints should have been recovered.

And how do you know that the police have not already identified him? 

 

The police do not always declare the names of 'persons of interest' to the media.

Immigration Police Headquarters, Tourist Police Headquarters And the Provincial Police Region 4 has brought an arrest warrant from the Khon Kaen Court No. 0.160/2564 dated October 1, 2021 to arrest Mr. Robert Andrew, an American citizen.

One of the pictures referred to above, showed that he had a "Goatie" beard at the time of the attack.  No doubt removed by now.

I couldn't make sense of it at 1st because when I clicked on the photo to enlarge it, I then clicked to the right (arrow) and it took me to another picture and then I clicked again and then there he was sitting down with police around him.

 

So as Steven100 above has mentioned, they got him in Bangkok, enjoy the rest of your years in the Hilton, you gutless piece of vermin beating up on Thai women, no doubt you have some serious mental problems.
