A crackdown on illegal weapons by Region 7 police in Kanchanaburi in western Thailand found one married couple with 111 guns and 1,320 rounds of ammunition.

Daily News posed the question as to who their enemies might be.

It was unclear if they were in the business of supplying guns but Rangsan, 44, and his wife Patraporn, 42, were investigated after a warrant was issued.

Region 7 chief Lt-Gen Thanayut Wuthijaratthamrong said that they were acting on orders handed down from RTP HQ to crackdown on illegal activity.

No need to, I'm a member of my local gun club here in Chiang Mai, love it, great hobby.

They have to be ordered from a higher authority to stop illegal activity ?

Maybe for you, but after my war experiences I hope I never ever have to touch another rifle or hand gun for any reason.

Second Amendment even in Thailand! Now that the BIB got the goods you can be sure that it will be distributed to the rest of the population that is how I got my 9MM years ago.????

I also served my country in the military.

Looking at the photo the "guns" seem to be less than cherished by their owners. Were they dug up from a field??
