Computer Repair At Home In Bangkok - Any Recommendations?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've got a few issues with my notebook  (not Mac).

I seem to be on a wild goose chase trying to find a home/onsite computer repair service by searching on google.

Can anyone recommend a computer repair service that comes to you?

Thanks.

Is it hardware or software that has the problem?

What software is giving problem?

Windows operating system or some other installed software?

Speaker is working intermittently. I'm quite sure it is a software/driver problem.

Also my Microsoft Outlook doesn't boot up properly and all my e-mails are missing. I have a suspicion that this has something to do with me starting to use Onedrive a few days ago (transferring files over).

You moved the wrong files. that is what causing the error.

I don't know of any service techs who do house calls.

Do you know any one who is capable of helping you?If it is just software they can help you from anywhere on the planet by giving them access to your pc.

Maybe a pc savvy family member some where?

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks Robblok, I moved the relevant files back from Onedrive to my PC (I hadn't realised that I had moved Outlook files) and it's now working again. Thanks.

Just one other question......

The Outlook that's now working again is the desktop version which is included in my Office 365 package where I have my own domain name etc.

My web version of outlook on my notebook (I have a @hotmal.co.uk e-mail address) developed an issue a few weeks ago. Any new e-mails that I receive instantly disappear. They don't go into my deleted or spam folders, they just completely disappear. However I can view them in the inbox on my outlook application on my android phone? Any ideas as to how to fix?

Thanks.
