Thai Businesses Battle Severe Flood Damage and Disruptions
Shins were in charge in 2011. There was flooding after that, of course, but nothing on the scale of 2011 or what we see today, when the Shins are once again back in charge of flood prevention. -

Tensions Rise Between Trump and Zelensky Amid Ukraine's War Efforts and Election
He's watched Sly Stallone in Over The Top too many times is all. I can only speculate on how Trump figures to end this war but I don't see an expansion of it as is, either. Recent reports from ex NATO senior military officers and advisers indicate that this war has weakened Russia so much (in conventional military power terms) that there seems to be little prospect of her being capable of starting any more "special military operations" against other countries in Europe or elsewhere. The main threat to Europe, is the use of nuclear weapons, especially if Putin's own top position comes under threat, I think that the Republicans recognize that danger far more clearly than the Democrats do. -

1 in 3 Children Now Short-Sighted after Covid Lockdowns Study Reveals
Yes I do agree with his statement the government closed schools they closed parks and open spaces they closed shopping malls, they told everyone to work online lest you "kill granny" there was an overwhelming doom machine played out on every media source...surely you have not forgotten this ? I provided a few images of the Pattaya lockdown I have lots more, the Covid measures caused immense damage and hardship to millions of ordinary citizens who could not conduct "normal life" during the restrictions many lost their whole livelihood business that took generations to build they didn't have the reserves to last 2-3 years of no profit like the "big boys" did coming out the big players gained immensely and the small guys are devastated. Covid, probably the worse debacle in history but certainly in modern history. -

Hezbollah Leader Hassan Nasrallah Reportedly Killed in Beirut Airstrikes
Hassan Nasrallah, the longtime leader of Hezbollah, was killed in airstrikes carried out by Israel in Beirut, according to an Israeli statement released on Saturday. The Lebanese cleric, who had led the militant group since 1992, was reportedly targeted in a Friday attack on an underground command center located in southern Beirut. "The Israel Defense Forces confirm that Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the Hezbollah terrorist organization and one of its founders, was eliminated yesterday," Israel stated in an official release shared online. Nasrallah has been a significant figure in regional politics for decades, having taken the reins of Hezbollah after his predecessor, Abbas al-Musawi, was assassinated in an Israeli airstrike. His leadership of Hezbollah positioned him as a key player within the Iran-backed "Axis of Resistance," a regional alliance that opposes Israel and Western influence in the Middle East. Nasrallah’s death, marks a major development in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, a group that has been central to the military and political landscape of Lebanon. Israel has repeatedly accused Hezbollah of being a terrorist organization, citing its involvement in numerous attacks against Israeli targets over the years. The destruction of the command center in southern Beirut is seen as part of Israel’s broader efforts to weaken Hezbollah’s infrastructure and leadership. The militant group, which operates with significant Iranian backing, has long been a thorn in Israel’s side, particularly in border clashes and through its military involvement in the Syrian conflict. Nasrallah’s demise could have far-reaching consequences for both Hezbollah and the wider region. His leadership had been marked by a combination of military strategy and political maneuvering, solidifying Hezbollah’s role not only as a militant force but also as a key player in Lebanese politics. The group's ties with Iran and its opposition to Israeli interests have made Nasrallah a figure of both admiration and revulsion, depending on one's perspective in the region. The situation remains fluid, with both sides expected to release more information in the coming days. However, Israel's announcement points to a significant shift in the conflict, potentially paving the way for further escalation between the two long-time adversaries. Locked out of two Yahoo email accounts.
Previously the Yahoo two tier verification system was that they sent me an email to confirm. Then suddenly they have changed the system, so that they send a code to the email address, but now the first Yahoo email account sends to the second Yahoo email account, then this account when I try to login in turn sends an email to the first email account, in a never ending loop. I have taken this matter up with Yahoo's Yahoo Concierge Executive Escalations, but to date they are still refusing to activate both accounts, in spite of giving them so many details. The Better Business Bureau of Silicon Valley cannot help me any further. Now I want to take this matter up with Yahoo management, or any other authority that can review my case. Six million dollar question please, does anybody know who to get in touch with at Yahoo or it's parent company Verizon, or anybody else that could help me?
