That is false, Yingluck was not "ousted by the current government", she was not even PM at the time of the coup.   She had been removed from her position by the Constitutional Court before the coup.

Have you ever asked yourself who controls who, what, where and when in the LOS ?

Ever heard of a witch hunt, she is fortunate they allowed her to exit, could it be because they fearing another bloody uprising, or was it their only choice.

After all, it's not as if they want to be seen dipping their fingers into the gravy train, and perhaps be embarrassed by the lose an expensive watch or two at the same time, borrowed from a friend of course.

"When will the majority of Thai people start to support and elect honest competent people?"

.....

They will support and elect anyone as long as they are given a free sack of rice! ????

I’d love to see future forward win, but if not I’d take her. I found living under the Thaskin rule quite good. Yeah he had his pockets lined and a few other issues, but at least he welcomed foreigners. Anything is better than this lot of fools.

I don't agree on most of your points. Please share why you say "...but at least he welcomed foreigners."

Well, another ‘mission impossible’ episode is on the way.  Good luck Ing!

Not impossible but actually high possibility judging from people sentiments on suitable prime minister candidate. She has been featured quite prominently in poll garnering close second to K Pita of MFP and not far from Prayut who is sinking like a rock in popularity each day. Even K Sudarat was a distant 4th favourite and the rest of the field for possibly prime minister like Anutin (BJP) and Jurin (DP) were almost non existence. K Pita will have a problem getting the rural support away from Ing. Those yellow shirts have lost their cause and a spent force. It's her to take unless the military snatched democracy out of the grips of the people again.

You exagerate , there are many honest , unheralded MP's in the UK.

Regardless of their policies , the likes of Tony Benn and Ken Clarke , for example , could hardly be described as liars or hypocrites.

I remember as a young teenager Tony Benn wrote a weekly column in the Scottish Daily Record critising people for taking time of work for having a bad back. In those days people only got a two week paid holiday in a year plus extra days at Christmas and New year, while Benn got 3 months paid holiday a year as an MP. So he cannot be described as a hypocrite??

This is a man who was a Labour MP. The labour party, the party of the working class?? What a joke.

Thaksin's gopher.

Thaksin's  ghost. (eventually)

Can't someone else have a go?

You forgot Thaksin's Brother-in-Law.

He took a stand and calls for royal reformation on the parliament floor. That's sacrilege to the yellow shirt movement. You misunderstand. What I meant is that he is young to politics and from a wealthy family and had not cultivate the network to work for him in the rural areas.
