2-4 take outs every week, some younger managed more even in one day, but normal decent beer bar girls, aimed for long term holiday gf only, and when had a man promising coming back, some only went short times, and was available almost 24 hours for any who checking them up. Of course those who was popular had a few more on gras.

I met a girl at a bar on Walking Street who told me she loved groups of Indian guys. According to her they were quick, clean and polite. Two hours of work could result in 4,000-6,000 baht and it was basically just vanilla sex. Easy money. I was surprised at this. And I guess she might not be representative of the majority in Pattaya. But it's an interesting viewpoint.

True but lets face it apart from high end gogo girl eg Baccara in Bangkok that are killing it doing live shows on line most of the girls in Pattaya are dogs and would struggle

And that's where you (or rather Google) are wrong.  The act of paying someone for sexual services is not illegal in Thailand; in fact the laws are not dissimilar to the UK, where the act itself is not illegal, although many aspects surrounding it are.

Partly agree, as imagine internet hook-ups have much increased. However in Hua Hin the girls are clamouring to get a stool at all the new little bars opening up around Soi 94. Not my cup of tea, but as my wife says, they are doing what they need/enjoy to look after themselves and often family.

Find Thai tolerance so refreshing and legacy, religious based Western judgements quite pathetic as well as out of touch with the world at large - now and for the centuries beforehand.

Why would anyone on holiday in Thailand be so sad as to sit in his hotel and use the internet for a hook-up?  Part of the fun is going out drinking and deluding yourself that you've "pulled" in bar/gogo/disco.  The nightlife business is far from over, but may take another year or so to get back to pre-Covid levels.

But it works both ways cos not all of the bar girls are pretty but even the uglier ones get beautiful when you have sunk a few beers .

Stood with a 'lively' girl I'd known for sometime, looking down on Pattaya one night......she gave every impression of being the original party girl.........she said.....you know, there is not one single girl down there who enjoys working in a bar.........
