Russia at it again.................?

Netherlands warns of Russian attempts to sabotage its energy infrastructure

Dutch intelligence authorities have warned of Russian attempts to sabotage its North Sea energy infrastructure and told operators to be on their guard. Russia had instigated “activities that indicate espionage as well as preparing operations for disturbance and sabotage” of underwater cables, wind farms and gas pipelines in the North Sea, said a report published by the Dutch military intelligence unit MIVD on Monday.

Norway gave a similar warning last week as part of an annual security assessment.

  • The question is 'who benefits from this'? I strongly doubt Russia would blow up their supply pipelines, as they can control whats going through.

The Russians can say anything they like - no one will believe them anyway. Makes no sense to blow up something that can be turned off. There again the Russians make no sense anyway so perhaps its logi

Debate with Jeffrey Sachs, an american economist, which is both informative and entertaining.

He argues, that if the USA really didn't know about  an international terrorism against it's ally, Germany, they would set up senate and house investigative committees to find out culprits and to prevent future such acts against american and allies pipelines, cables and other marine infrostructure.

Summary of that debate just before 30 minutes into this broadcast.

In fact all martime countries in Baltic should set up their investigations and cooperate and share their findings among them and wider.

He's got no better idea who did it than Biden's dog.

Aforementioned Jeffery Sachs was speaking at the UN Security Council meeting a few days ago. He urged Council to request investigation findings from Denmark, Germany and Sweden, as they keep them secret, citing national security issue.

For me, he knows, what he is talking and that't why he was invited to that meeting, even if he doesn't represent any country or even any organisation. That's why independent opinions, outside politics and state propaganda, do count:

"He went on to note that a recent report by the Washington Post news outlet revealed that the intelligence agencies of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries have privately concluded that there is no evidence that the Russian Federation carried out the act.  Denmark, Germany and Sweden have reportedly carried out investigations of the Nord Stream terrorism incident, and while Sweden has perhaps the most to tell the world about the crime scene, that country has kept the results of its investigation secret from the rest of the world.  It has refused to share its findings with the Russian Federation and turned down a joint investigation with Denmark and Germany. "

At the very same meeting the UK representative said, that there is no urgency in solving this act of terrorism, as only 5 months has passed since then. He pointed, out that russia, by calling for and investigation under the UN General Secretary, tries to deflect from their military defeat - as if blowing pipelines and Russian heavy loses were somehow related.

Jeffery Sachs is an economist. who has always blamed the US since the start of the illegal invasion. He has no knowledge of the Nord Stream event.
