Thai Govt Officials Gear Up for F1 Race Discussions
There's presently 24 F1 races. The market is relatively saturated. Singapore is by miles the go to South East Asia event. I could see India hosting a race. Don't forget Sochi has been "off the calendar" for a few years. Not sure what happened to Vietnam who were "on track" pre-pandemic. Formula E already has four races in the region out of its 11 race season so that's probably not an option. Out of interest how does the MotoGP in Thailand go? The one in Malaysia doesn't get much local coverage -

Panora condo near beach
Looks like a convenient location, in terms of its proximity to stores and restaurants. There are some reviews on Google Maps. It might be a decent place to rent a condo. I'm not really familiar with the neighborhood, though. -

Foreign Gang Robs Ukrainian Tourist of Over 8 Million Baht in Phuket
Cryptocurrency is at an all time high so if he bought a decent chunk low enough a year or two ago, he could easily have made that much now, legitimately. -

In over 60 years I've never once been threatened by a soi dog in Thailand and I find the fear of them rather pathetic.
