Sattahip Police Raid "Pool Villa Party" - Apprehends 52 Teenagers with 7 Guns and 23 Luxury Cars

August 29, 2023 - 2:40 PM. Superintendent Lt. Col. Panya Damlek led a joint operation with Capt. Suwijak Reungnawadee, Deputy Chief of Police; Capt. Chanat Tantat, Deputy Chief of Tourist Police; and a team of over 30 officers to raid a lavish pool villa party in Soi 4, Sattahip, Chonburi.

The operation was initiated following multiple complaints about a group of teenagers blocking traffic, blasting music, and indulging in reckless behavior, reported Siam Rath.

 

Upon searching the villa's premises and the roadside, 23 luxury cars were found. Inside the villa, 52 teenagers, comprising 29 males and 23 females, were caught engaging in boisterous activities including high-stakes gambling, drug use, and DJ-hosted parties.

They were apprehended before firearms were discovered in 7 vehicles - 4 automatic 9mm, 2 .45 caliber, and 1 .380 caliber handguns. Additionally, gambling paraphernalia and drug-related items were confiscated.

Subsequently, Pol. Lt. Charat Sukkasem, Deputy Chief of Chonburi Provincial Police, along with Mr. Chusak Nanthitada, Mayor of Sattahip Municipality; local village chief; and district officials inspected the site.

 

Preliminary investigations will assess criminal records and substance abuse history before legal actions are taken.

No doubt 50+ big fat brown envelopes will be getting handed out to secure there freedom and have all charges dropped my understanding is it’s not illegal for a Thai to own a gun I would imagine most of those apprehended would have been children of wealthy Thais 

Already disappeared so won't be taken into custody while the charges are drawn up.

I do not know about you, But from the one pic their idea and mine of a "Luxury" car is not a Mazda, Honda HRV and a Toyota Fortuner. Are we to include the 2 Songthaew's out on the street in the "Big Bust" as well?    ????

Also, the clothing worn by the women seated in the OP photo doesn't exactly look like the "luxury" type....

Not illegal but I believe they must be registered with the police.

The guy on the left seems very relaxed to me.
