My eyes...my eyesssssss ????????

It actually surprised me when he got back to a top position given the people in his circle who hate him. He has frenemies too! This raid however isn't surprising, he stepped on so many toes that they want his...cut off. ????????????‍♀️

The paperwork is only necessary for the clean up operation.

He has 5 houses? And a personal protection unit? How anybody can think this guy is not corrupt is beyond me,

Yeah, I was just going to ask how he can afford 5 houses on a cop's salary.

Maybe he is one of the few good ones!

Lets just wait and see what will happen?

Did he do it?

Nobody knows.

They came to his house without a search warrant!

Do not under estimate how low his enemies will stoop to get him to

stop investigating someone.

Going by what happened the last two weeks ?

as the old Thai proverb goes "guilty until the envelope is filled"

OK let me explain it. The reason they were wearing camouflage is they paid about 10 times more than what they really caused so they have to use them just for appearance shakes you know the big brown envelope and everything they buy go to the top guy  big joke. Drives in Lexus. He owns many many houses in his name and his family’s name. And he’s been putting on a pretty good act. He does this corrupt as the rest of them from the top to the bottom no surprise I like that they came to Raiders house and he would not allow it. What does that tell you he’s above the law he has the right connections, and he probably has a lot of dirt and some very important people here that he keeps in a safe place just in case, the whole country is total corruption TIT

And of course you have the proof that all you have said and implied is true and none of it is an allegation or fake news. Is that correct?

Ya, who know for sure what is happening.  But this has the foul smell of retribution by people BJ may have gotten to close to in one of his investigations.

I don't have the details of a prior story immediately at hand but remember the cop (LTC I think) who had to flee for his life to Australia to avoid higher-ups' retribution.

Oh thank God for that, was really worried about my dodgy extension of stay!

Correction, he was a POL Major general:

Pol. Maj. Gen. Paween Pongsirin arrived in Melbourne Dec 2015.

Big Joke did not allow any officers to enter his home and the CCIB Commissioner, Worrawat Nakhonbancha, is now negotiating with his 53 year old deputy.

I guess an appropriate amount of time to negotiate would roughly equate to the time needed to dispose of all the evidence. And then a little bit more to be sure. Up until a few weeks ago I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt but since the Kamnan cop killing party and the subsequent investigation and shooting of the star witness I no longer have any doubts. On line gambling may be the very pointy tip of a very big iceberg.
This investigation will go nowhere.

Initially he refused them entry until his people removed all evidence. Ok now you can come in.

More unproven divisive assumptions.

Earlier in the thread it was clearly explained why he delayed their entry,

Is the full commando gear really necessary for a so called gambling raid?

They're too he ones who got to the dressing up box first.

The early bird catches the worm and so on...

Apparently BJ's name and none of his cohorts were named on the court documents and only his address was on the search warrant hence why he refused entry .. I can only imagine what you can get down a toilet and on a BBQ until the paperwork is in order but I bet there is some frenetic movements going on now ????

He still needs more time to get rid of all the competition.

CCIB officers attempted to raid five houses owned by Big Joke in Soi Vibhawadee 60 near the Police Sports Club in Bangkok’s Lak Si district at 8am today. One of the houses is Big Joke’s home while the other four provide accommodation for members of his team.

Owning five houses and housing "members of your team" on a meager public servant salary is sufficiently suspicious in itself.

I guess the decision who will be the next national police chief has been made. And someone has decided that Big Joke's fall from grace will be permanent this time around.

Is this bad translation? If not it sounds a bit odd. He owns five houses which I assume costs a fair bit of money, but 4 of them provide accommodation for his team.

Oh damn, I thought he was the only good cop! ????

Hm,..Remember, just a couple of years ago, he was put aside !?! rumor was that he got far to close to some very big shot !!!,..He still has powerful enemies that don't like it when he does a very good job that gets too close to them or there friends !!!

personalty I think he is far to smart to get involved with on line gambling !

Let's get things straight about Thai Cops at every level :-

Good Cops don't nick a lot; just enough to buy Five Houses and possibly Five Cars.

Bad Cops do nick a lot; buy Huge Area's of Land and Many Houses, move Money Offshore and Buy large numbers of Ferrari's, Maserati's and various other types of 'Face' Cars whilst keeping a Mia Noi and several other Women living in Rent Free Homes !

Hoping he's the next national chief cop.

He has quite a while to go before retirement, if he's really genuine to stop corruption he'll need time.

He doesn't seem to be afraid of the other senior cops.

Some of his team involved in gambling corruption not good news but inevitable. And a chance for BJ to show his strength.

Hm, maybe they try to discredit him trough his team, it's always possible that one is/or has been involved in something dodgy !
