There have been several deaths in EVs after hitting guardrails.  The weight is heavier than the original design specs   there is a guard rail guy on YouTube who I follow who's daughter was gored by a improperly installed guardrail.  @theguardrailguy   He is on a crusade.   i have seen YouTube videos of the cyber truck doing poorly in snow.  And yes I drive in snow quite a bit.

And its super ugly IMHO.  And bullet resistance isnt important to me.

Most guardrails are MASH standard which define a typical vehicle to weigh 2400 pounds...... Very few vehicles weigh that little these days !

And then there is the question: Do you really want to drive around like an Elon Musk fanboy?

  • In my personal opinion it is the most FUPOS I have seen in years.

  • Can't wait to have it here in Thailand.🧑‍🎄

Why doesn't Musk organise a Cybertruck vs F150 Diesel in a pulling contest?

Was stopped at a light with a T truck just ahead in next lane.  Very ugly frim the rear quarter.  The crosswalk lines refection on the side doors was quite wavy showing the panels are far from flat.    Just an observation.

Chechen warlord shows off gun-mounted Tesla Cybertruck

CNN
 —
The warlord leader of Chechnya has mounted a machine gun on a Tesla Cybertruck that he says he plans to send to Russian forces on the battlefields in Ukraine.

Ramzan Kadyrov published a video on Saturday of himself driving the vehicle, which he said had been sent to him by “the strongest genius of our time,” Elon Musk, before it was adapted.

Musk later denied giving the vehicle to the Chechen leader. “Are you seriously so retarded that you think I donated a Cybertruck to a Russian general?” Musk wrote on X, the social media platform he owns.

In the slickly produced video, a grinning Kadyrov is seen driving the vehicle through an empty square in Grozny, Chechnya’s capital. He then gets out of the truck and stands behind the machine gun with an ammunition belt draped round his neck.

not only that, but he called Kadyrov a "Russian General" ... while technically true, I think it's way too flattering.
