More than likely already set in motion months ago.

Her acquittal on the Malefesance charge (transfer of Nat Sec official) on 26 December was widely regarded as the first step.

All that remains, I think, is a five-year sentence on the Rice Scheme charge.

The elitist establishment is reliant on Thaksin and Pheu Thai to prevent the reformist Move Forward Party from taking power, analysts say.

Well said .

ALL is done to prevent the Move foreward party to threaten the old ruling elite .

No , before I see the MFP and new ideas taking over the established government , I see a new coup .

They are experienced , they know how to do that . ( in an autocracy that is only disguised as an democracy . )

But a recent move by Move Forward mentor Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit threatens to undermine the establishment’s plan and derail hopes for Thaksin’s early release and Yingluck’s return,

Good luck Thanathorn , they outed you once already ...

He seems to have the LOS wrapped around his finger right now, so he should just make a declaration, and it will be done.

This innocent portraying and speculative guess work by the abiding establishment media is quite amusing.

Tabloid sensationalism passing as investigative questioning journalism.

Part and parcel of the show that most are suckered into.

This is a movie in the making, when part one is complete and Thaksin is ticked up at his home, Part two will begin it will be Pardon part two- episode two, but you will all have to wait a few months to view it.

The country’s first female leader was found guilty of negligence

Really up to the court to interprete negligence and can easily be influenced by political expediency at that time. It is an unusual case to be found guilty of a crime over a matter of policy implementation. Ahbisit and Prayut had many policies that can be classified as negligence resulting in losses and corruptions. Both will never see a day in court for negligence.

What does he need to do? Arrange a hospital bed for her for, oh, six months or so? I'm sure all the worry about whether she can return or not will have taken its toll and she'll be in need of lengthy treatment. At the same time, he can arrange for a helicopter to transfer her from whatever prison she spends a few hours minutes in.

Maybe Yingluck is not as sick as her brother and would have to share the cell with 80 other inmates over 40m2 of space with a hole in the middle of the cell. No Burberry boots allowed either :-(

Bring her home. Her London accommodations can be used to house asylum seekers in the manner to which they are accustomed.

Will her son return too to give Grandad a chance to excercise his family responsibilities. 😋
