A man claims his wife, a nurse, has been having an affair with the director of her hospital, and admitted to engaging in rough sex with her new lover.

 

The 30-year-old man reached out to social media activist Guntouch "Gun" Jompalang for legal assistance and made his allegations public at a councillor's office in Bangkok. He asserts the 40-year-old hospital director began a relationship with his 28-year-old wife last year, knowing she was married with a child.

 

The man noticed negative changes in his wife's behavior, including avoiding his phone calls. He discovered her indiscretions after checking her phone GPS and noticing inconsistencies between her location and her claims of whereabouts.

 

On May 30, he saw bruises on her body and found an incriminating video on her phone. Upon confrontation, she confessed to the affair with the hospital director. Despite his plea to end the relationship, she seemed reluctant to break up with her lover.

 

The man revealed that he found evidence of his wife and her lover engaging in sado-masochistic sex, including chains, handcuffs, and hot candle wax on her nursing uniform.

 

While she admitted to enjoying the kinky encounters, she maintained her love for her husband and their child. However, she then admitted being sexually satisfied by her new lover and asked for a separate living arrangement while the husband continues to care for their child.

 

Exhausted and emotionally distressed, the man has allegedly lost the desire to reconcile with his wife. With the help of activist Mr. Guntouch, he plans to file a complaint against the director for adultery. They intend to present the case to the Ministry of Public Health to investigate any potential ethical violation.

A responsible boss shouldn't have sex and/or a relationship with people who work for him.

The director had it in for him.

I understand that he is aggrieved, but in most countries, unless she was coerced into the relationship by the power imbalance, this would be regarded as a private matter. 
 

Here I think it is more a loss of face for the husband that is the real grievance. 

i am a little ignorant of thai law....but what crime has been committed here ?

Court Finds Adultery Law Unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court has unanimously declared that the law permitting spouses to claim damages for adultery is against the Constitution. The decision involves Section 1523, paragraph two, of the Civil and Commercial Code. This provision lets a husband seek compensation from a man engaging with his wife, whereas a wife can sue a woman openly having an affair with her husband.

According to Decha Kittiwittayanan, a well-known lawyer, as per the court's verdict, for the next 360 days, legally married women won't be able to sue any woman involved with their husband. Likewise, legally married men won't be able to claim compensation from a man involved with their wife.

The court's decision won't affect cases where a judgment has already been given. However, ongoing adultery lawsuits that are still under review will be dismissed after the 360-day period.

From a legal standpoint yes but this will no doubt have ramifications on his professional life, organizations don't like scandals.

he could solve this the way many Thais do ...  plenty of volunteers out there who would accept the job...

Man cheating is cheating and very sad when there is a child involved. Cant believe that a hospital director is involved and just goes to show that raunchy Thailand can even kick off in the hospital system OMG

Nope

Not the first such relationship..

Just divorce her, get an agreement for the kid and move on.  She is into rough sex and it shows.  

 

Painful, but glad he found out now instead of 5 years from now.

Lucky director, it seems the husband unlike many others is not violent 🤔

The director will be quite angry when he loses his job for this simply because the woman left ways for her husband to learn about their affair. I sense a serious beating with whips and chains happening daily as punishment to the cheating nurse.

bottom line... she crossed the line and was not faithful ,,  cut the rope and send her packing ...
