I completely disagree about Putin, Orban, and Kim. Trump is such an easy mark, those guys have Trump in the palm of their hands, Trump is at their beck and call. Same with MBS. Xi does not want Trump. His massive tax hikes (tariffs) will harm China. And America.

Absolutely. I don't think a Harris administration would be ignorant enough to impose massive tariffs, like the ones Trump is proposing. The consumer ends up footing the bill, making it a huge tax hike. Xi has to be afraid of these proposals. Though, he likely enjoys the idea of the tariffs making America's economy weaker and raising inflation.

IMO Trump wants to make America stronger. It's not strong when everything is made in China, as China is in the seat of power in a relationship like that. If Trump makes it economical to return manufacturing to the US, that a win for America as it stops China getting money to build it's military and it makes America stronger, as it's not dependant on an enemy state for it's goods.

US companies off shored manufacturing to PRC to increase profitability and competitiveness and increase shareholder value. Still do so with countries such as Vietnam and India who are being used as a political alternative to PRC. Should PRC cases manufacturing components for US to put pressure on USA it would create a massive negative impact on USA along with trump wishing to deport millions of people, though I suspect deportation at that level is impossible.  trump's tariffs cost the US economy billions of dollars and did not decrease the trade gap, actually increased the trade gap. trump companies are still using PRC as a supplier e.g. trump bibles. Somewhat past due for trump supporters to comprehend the stupidity of trump's so called trade polices and his blatant hypocrisy.
