Not to ever agree with a Scouser (although I do have Mo in fantasy football), he is correct. A person is not finally convicted of a crime until sentencing. No appeal lies until sentencing occurs.

There is no chance of prison because of privilege. Any other person would already be buried under a federal Jail.

The convictions all stand.

The judge decided to delay the sentencing to avoid it being seen as influencing the election.

I suggest that you educate yourself on the basics of the US justice system before spreading more disinformation.

If his appeal fails, yes, obviously I could not dispute a fact, but that has not happened yet. Regardless, so what if he does end up as a felon as a result of that political case?

There is a good chance of an incarceraration sentence but yes because of who he is most likeky home incarceration would be offered.

You just spread it. And now you are outed as a non american. No conviction occurs until sentencing, delayed or not. No appeal lies before sentence is pronounced. Its called a FINAL judgment of conviction. Every American knows that, except for the total uneducated.
