"Bat<deleted>?  Is that even swearing?  I mean, I'm not offended.  Much ado about nothing imho.

☝️    I guess it is swearing.

It's a sacking offence. We'll see how she weasels out of this one but it will haunt her forever.

Did anyone actually expect her to outperform Biden?  She's awful and did a terrible job promoting herself.

With the election over and a clear victory what will the leftists focus their attention on this time.

Probably what they did between 2016 and 2021 - b**ch and moan about "Orange Man Bad," except this time with Republican controlling Congress they won't waste time with impeachments.  Trump has a mandate and no future election to worry about.  Maybe the administration and Congress can work on some actually positive change for America.

What I would give for a photo of Nancy Pelosi at her home bar.

Eyes glued to her big screen TV watching MSNBC, boxes of Kleenex next to her while drowning herself in double Martinis.

Actually, I'm not British, but with the new Oxfam "Hate Speech Laws," yeah, she may have stepped across the threshold for news media in the UK.  But my guess is that she'll be given a pass as she is part of the establishment.  The establishment doesn't prosecute its own.

No - actually I was surprised they let her run.  I thought they'd nominate Michelle Obama or Hillery Clinton at the Democrat convention.  I didn't expect that.

So looking forwards to the tv coverage of the riots tomorrow, all those sneakers must have been worn out by now.

Plus, I don't think they carried 85" big screens during the last round.  It's about time for an upgrade.

Will @Danderman123 make another prediction for November 26th, sentencing day?

He probably shouldn't with his atrocious track record of always being so wrong.

The price of electing Trump will be very high.  It will be too late for regrets for those who voted for Trump.  The suffering will be great.

You, obviously, have limited understanding.  The choice was clear citizens of the USA have made a choice, I believe they will regret.

Are the Democrats still open to ending the filibuster?

You know nothing of what you speak and you are a foreigner so you are just spewing meaningless bytes.

The Republicans don't require the dems to end the filibuster. They could just stack the SC further without them.

The left will get over this loss with a significance of the passage of time.

Post them as they come. Can't find footage of Emily Maitlis swearing and walking off the set. Live in hope.

Here it is.  First time I have seen a guest admonishing a (so called) presenter for swearing. She didn't walk off the set think she got pulled during a break to cool off as she was back a bit later.

They have been doing it a long time - they didnt stop in 2016 and they wont stop now.

That would mean admitting they were wrong - not going to happen.

November 2036 - maybe. The People will not forget 2020 and its dubious results, nor the years 2021-24 for a long time.  And I am sure they will be reminded by GOP 🙂

Guardian is always good for a laugh at these times.  The opening paragraph sold me and it continues to entertain all the way through with its ridiculousness.

"Today is a day of despair, and it would be futile to tell those who fear and grieve for what is to come in America that they will be OK. It would also be dishonest: many of us, in truth, will not be OK."  🤣

America was never remotely near communism, except perhaps in your fevered imagination. They just took a bold leap backwards, 70 years!

I am, what you and those currently crowing, would describe (deride) as a liberal. Elsewhere in the world I would be regarded as fairly conservative.

I am far from "meltdown", but then I am not an American.

If you are interested in my opinion ( I very much doubt you are) I think the American electorate primarily voted along racial lines. The results will be very bad for America.

I feel sorry for those of colour, immigrants, those who rely on the Affordable Care Act for healthcare, along with anyone who is supported in any way by any form of welfare provision. The next few years are going to be terrible, perhaps for some lethal.
