Then why didn't he get a second term before?

It's actually about his policies and attitude vs. the Dems/Harris.

Because the dems cheated with mass mail in ballots, look at the voter tallys for previous years... the most popular president in history apparently, that didnt campaign at all and the only time a pandemic was used to push mail in ballots

Boy, that Putin is a dummy!

He could hire North Korean mercenaries for $500 and a stack of used Playboy magazines.

Makes me wonder if this is real news, or just more Moskau "golden showers."

Trump and his followers.

Mostly, US presidents originated from elite universities and/or from financial/political elitarian circles so far. = Known as the "Finpol-Elite".Now, "the masses" had the chance to vote for a guy that TALKES LIKE THEM, BEHAVES LIKE THEM, THINKS LIKE THEM.  Mirroring the "heartland" of America.

Finally, for the first time in their living memory. No wonder, that the "neglected-masses" are convinced that their "messiah" has finally arrived.

Talks like them maybe but Trump went to Wharton.

A soldier has to survive the war. Putin is making sure they don't. If MIA, captured by Ukraine or terminated by officer for "treason", all benefits terminated.

Hahaha Trump went to a top business school because his father bought his way in. Trump arrange to have his grades and records blocked but his teacher admitted in an interview that Trump was the dumbest student he had. Your facts and claims are suspect but usual for trumpettes so march on with the other sheep.

Out of hiding already?

On May 30, 2024, Trump became the first U.S. president to become a convicted felon.

That does NOT Mirror the "heartland" of America.

Trump born with gold spoon in his mouth and went to Wharton Business School at Penn. Of course a professor of his did say he was the dumbest student he ever had.

That's what my teachers said about me. At 83 I appear, however,  to have not done too badly in life...

You have unjustly insulted the vast majority of the voting public in the United States.

Another bitter loser taking rubbish like Harris did most of the campaign

Demorats are similar to the Remainers in the UK after Brexit. In fact, they're still whinging years later. Accept it that you were hammered in the election and that the incoming government are what the majority of your citizens want. Insulting Pres Trump and his followers isn't going to sway them to your side, on the contrary, you're just boring everybody and convincing them that they made the right choice.

His followers are always asking for a link, all this information is out there for anyone to find, it's all over the internet, his lifetime of crime, his thousands of fraudulent transactions, the billions of dollars that he stole from unsuspecting contractors. It's all out there, it's all online.

You know you can dress a pig up in royal garments, but it's still a pig.

You are being disingenuous.  You must know that the forum rules say that if YOU post something you claim to be a fact, the onus is on YOU to prove it. If YOU don't prove it it's not up to others to do it for YOU.

Far as I'm concerned if the poster can't be bothered to do it, it isn't true.

As for porky insults, he WON, so lump it.

You are speaking into the wind. The snowflakes will never accept it.

If Biden was any sort of leader he could have a rally on, lets say Jan 6 to march on congress to enlighten them as to the wrongness of her defeat. Fortunately he isn't much of a leader at all.

I find the opposite to be true. His lifetime of crime is out there for anyone to see. It is both lazy and revisionist to deny it. Support the guy all you want, but don't try to make him into a fake saint. You can support his policies, yet admit he is a deeply flawed man.

Why do people post comments of hate about other people? Hatred of Trump seems to continue to be the Flavour of the Month for many people on this Forum. Do you not know how much you are harming yourself physically?

Oh noes! Americans elected a president they can relate to? The HORROR!

Not really a surprise from a general populace reading at the 7th-8th grade level (who are filled with justified frustration/anger at the working middle class economic squeeze). I should add ... the result of the policies, actions/inactions of both major political parties. Thus, they have rejected both the Democrats and traditional Republicans and followed Trump and his Project 2025 ilk.
