Supposedly she already has a replacement hip and is doing well.

Yet you say, or said, nothing when the Biden DOJ exercised partisan political revenge.  Coming soon to a theater near you...The Taxman Cometh 😉

What she is highly accomplished in? Her skills with insider trading I'm aware about. Anything else?

She's good at day drinking 😆

She is accomplished at picking stocks.

She can use her ill gotten stock market profits to pay for the surgery.  Why she and her husband aren't in jail just shows the corrupt system and the crooked casino called the stock market.  Just ask Al Capone if he was still around.  Nothing has changed.

Nancy Pelosi hasn't been hip for 50 years.

compassionate lot on this thread eh? One coment was hoping they suffer more! Ok so they are politicians but there is no need to be unsympathetic. In old age one has to be very careful about loss of balance. Yes, I think they should retire but I also hope they both recover soon.

Two people that have outlived their usefulness, not just politically but as human beings.

There is an ETF you can buy called NANC.  It follows what the top democrats in congress are buying.

There is also a republican version KRUZ but I don't think it has performed as well.

I used to work on an orthopedic ward, and many of the patients were old ladies. I don't remember a single male with that problem.

It's a simple fix with a replacement ball and a spike that goes inside the femur after the broken part is cut off. Does involve a serious operation though, which may be difficult for the aged. I never lost a patient due to the operation, though one did almost die after a bad reaction to post op morphine.

On average, any person who breaks their hip after age 70 only has six months to live.

Osteoporosis ( brittle bones ) is far more common in women than men, which explains why women are more prone to fractures after a fall.

Little old ladies don't do well if they can't move around. Actually any old person doesn't do well not moving around. Trust me, no one with a broken hip is doing anything except lying down- a sitter for pneumonia and death.

It's just not possible to put a cast on and send them on their way.

Pelosi doesn't deserve compassion for what she has done, IMO. Just inserting Harris into the campaign puts her beyond the Pale, IMO.

I slipped on a wet floor near my indoor swimming pool -- busted water fountain leak I hadn't noticed in the dim locker room entrance. I went up in the air like I was on ice skates.

So just after age 71, following hip fracture, I had full hip replacement -- 74 birthday next month. It has slowed me down but no pain.

But the rehab does start immediately. The situation is bad if you're in a country or medical system with limited rehab facilities.

Probably terminal.

Why? You should be grateful she did that. Of course you claiming she did do that doesn't mean it's what transpired.

Sorry, I don't follow your train of thought.

Biden would have lost anyway, and inserting Harris was a dirty political trick designed to bypass the normal primary process.
