This thread should have been a poll to begin with, so now I've created a poll.  This poll is not anonymous as we all would like to know how many hour our members spend on this site.

A lot less than before.  So many rubbish threads from the usual suspects.

The place has gone downhill a lot over the last few years.

sorry if I am offending the admins..    truth hurts,

It’s a variable and have no idea, nobody is going to pay me for keeping track of my time here or anywhere. Though an A/N supervisor should be able to access that data? And post the top ten or whatever?

My AN is on my second screen all the time, and if a reply comes up, if I am not otherwise occupied, I shall or shall not reply depending on the subject's credibility.

Or if someone is getting on my tits, I can carry on ad nauseum.

Nice titties.

I have better things to do with my time.

Total time in a 24 hr period, now, maybe an hour, IF, reply to post.  Most of that, with morning coffee, <30 mins.  I ignore 99% of the thread now.  Usually ignore the trolls, those that I even see.

You seemed to have lost your previous enthusiasm for Asean Now. What made you go from lots of posts a day to the very odd comment

When it was ThaiVisa I spent more time on the forum.  Now there are far too many trolls and idiots -  I have more important things to 'waste my time' on 🙂

It's the same old sh!t, a collection of ratbags such as anti-vaxxers, climate deniers, MAGA's  etc. Belief is a priority over science and economics.

Why waste my time trying to teach crabs to fly?

Hehe exactly 👏

we are just a bunch time wasters with a different outlook, experiences and living the dream in paradise.

Ask a woman how much she weighs.

Ask a single man how many partners he has slept with.

Ask an AN member how many hours they spend on AN.

Do you really expect an honest answer?  😂

There is only excuses, bad excuses

It depends on my level of back pain and whether I remember to turn off the computer

It's not just AN.

I'm an internet junkie and online way too much and have a tab on AN open.

I bought a guitar and barely pick it up.

So now I will start making a schedule. I will only be online certain times of the day, for a limited time.

Thanks for starting this thread. I needed a kick in the butt.

I recently stopped posting to most Social Media platforms, keeping only AseanNow. I’m amazed at how much more time I have for other activities. I guess I was wasting several hours a day with things that made no real sense in my life. I find myself much more peaceful too, now that I’m not involved in long-winded political discussions (that resolve nothing), all over the Net.

I leave the page up all the time, along with a few others, I cannot stay logged in or receive notifications for more than a few minutes with the CloudFlare nonsense though.
