I checked my plugs, saw that the front cylinder got a bit too much fuel, turned the pilot screw in 1/3 and all is fine.

I found out with Gunson Color tune that the front ran too rich and used Colortune to set the pilot screw.

Runs like a racing machine now and idles like a Swiss Clock.

Gunson colortune back.jpg

Try your colortune on a CBR900RR and let me know how you get on.

I sold my one I ordered. ????

Yes, I did get it. People say riding a bike, but there is also nothing wrong with saying that you are driving the bike. So, therefore a stupid reply got a stupid one back. The thing here, is that you seem to miss that. Did you get it now?

Side note - does anyone know where in Bangkok I could have this stripped and repainted silver (same color as those side tie-offs)?

Rode the bike today (or drove it for some here) ????  my hard work is sounding good.

After a hot time and burning hands and wrists got the carbs tuned fairly well.

Will check the plugs to see the mix after a long run.

First though of to test centre and get CTPL then get road tax. ????????

I just oiled my piston push back springs of both cylinders and the result is breathtaking.

Make sure you lube where the tremie pipe connects to the differential girdle spring on the “up” end of the grammeters.  And the reciprocating dingle arm, which will reduce sinusoidal repleneration.

Went to Fixs Performance Exhaust up in Rangsit to have them saw off the breadbox and make a midpipe. They did amazing work and I'd definitely recommend them for any and all your exhaust needs. Sadly you can't see the new pipe because the heat shield, but you'll have to trust it looks excellent. Up next will be a flash from AP.

Always liked Kwakas not my thing but nice, that said before I've had Triumphs and then came the revolution I bought CB750, could never get on with bikes without a screen though.

Hence my preference of going sport.

My son use to race a Polini minimoto they were temperamental things, if something went wrong between races I had many spares to fix it in time for the next race.

Here's a pix of one of his last minimoto race days, he was getting too big and wanted to go MotoX and got him a 2T Yam 125.

My youngest son had to go through all motorbike stages in UK from age 16.

I bought him a new 50cc 4T, you can run faster he use say to me.

He was use to 2T power.

When he could go to 125cc I bought what he wanted a 2T Yam 125 supermoto.

I'm kinda hoping a Kawasaki 300 twin has some similar characteristics? Even if I did get the detuned version.
