Humourless with wit. ????

I don't think that you fully understand the difference between someone who people laugh at and someone who people laugh with. One is a stupid clown, the other is a witty comedian.

I've said this before, so don't want to start a debate on it, but there is no correlation between education and intelligence. I've lost count of the number of highly educated people that I've met that were encephalitic idiots.

Better not tell us at what point you lost count!

Lord Davies of Stamford

God, I love the House of Lords!

Listen to this Lord's erudition and weep!

I watched it all, excellent; calm, logical, factual, and compassionate. By comparison, JRM is threatening a right wing backlash, if his own sort of Brexit is thwarted. This brought the following retort:- "Britain has never rolled over to the threat of right wing extremism. We faced down Moseley at home, and helped to defeat Hitler and Mussolini in Europe. With JRM having fascist friends like Steve Bannon, we will take no lectures from him."

There are good and bad people in all classes JRM is an example of just how unhinged a toff can get, not really a gentleman at all, despite the absurd clothes. His Lordship by comparison is clearly a gentleman.

The ironic, and indeed sad thing, for most of this forum's brexiteers, is that while claiming to be patriots they are actually doing Putin and Trumps work for them.

Odds against anyone making sense of the above.

Thats the whole point of #Panodrama. The BBC was not using FACTS, but Tommy was and it was all filmed. Auntie has been caught with her knickers down. Naughty old girl. Tommy exposed them to be making things up and breaking many of their own rules. Blackmail, threats and some odd sexing it up requests. Why do they use Hope Not Hate, that Soros funded lying smear shop? Very disreputable actions from their premier investigative reporters. Panorama’s reputation is in tatters and all credibility gone.

So where is the beeb’s ‘Tommy Takedown’? Shouldn’t it have been aired by now? Does that John Sweeney still work there or has he been sacked yet? What about everything else that they have lied about, we can’t believe a word out of the BBC can we?

The tables were turned and Tommy showed us all what the BBC and MSM really is.

Using money to prevent a democratic referendum to justify your own agenda, is not a great man in my book. I guess we have different morals.

Plus he has a very questionable background on how he gets his money.

The topic isn't really about Soros, despite some posters' best efforts to go there. But since you're on the issue of "using money to prevent a democratic referendum to justify your own agenda", how do you feel about the role played by Cambridge Analytica? Getting into who financed things optional.

If you want to take a principled approach on the point raised above, you might have to denounce actions, persons and bodies on both sides of the fence. Otherwise, it would simply amount to justifying your own agenda.

I’m not a supporter of Rees Mogg but the comments above are misplaced.

1.He is highly intelligent

2.He is not upper class. He is however from an old Somerset family.

3.He does not look down on the lower classes.

4.He is highly popular in his constituency

5.He has good friends on the Labour side including Jess Phillips M.P

6.Many ordinary people testify to his personal kindness and helpfulness

7.Last week he filled the London Palladium with the biggest audience ever recorded for such an event.

I can understand why many strongly disagree with his Brexit position but why lie about the man?

Sorry but you can't teach stupid, especially when they don't want to be taught.

It must be very embarrassing to be found out, as a biased and bigoted person, especially by someone stupid.

When I was 2 years of age, my fathers work took us to live in Huddersfield. For all of our time there, my father was referred to as "the dirty foreigner". I was always referred to as "the son of the dirty foreigner". This despite the fact that my father's parents were Scottish/German and he'd fought in WW2 in the 6th Airborne and in Palestine in military intelligence.

Tykes, quite simply the most racist people on the planet.

Your family must have done some horribly deed for them to react so.

When I was a young lad, we had Germans, Italians and Poles as neighbours. No problems.

Now southerners, well that’s a different story.????

There is not much detail to support the charted data but note that that this number includes students.

UK universities are now very big businesses. There are currently more than 1/4 million foreign (non EU) students in the UK and a third of these are Chinese.

.....and of course many people have said students should not be included in the immigration figure as it distorts and inflates the total . But one certain Theresa May, when she was home secretary, vehemently opposed this.

... which is doubly strange as it made the Conservatives target of 100,000 per year migration completely unobtainable

I don't thing Best for Britain is immoral in anyway. I think their tactics, primarily educational are sound. It also has Gina Miller as a leading light

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-44331013

I have not heard any comments about them infringing any electoral law?

Soros has a hedge fund. Is that immoral?

I'm going to ask him if he can lend me a tenner until Saturday!

Firstly he isn't British and his only interest is monetary. he is a global elitist 'lacky' with the Rothschilds. Anyone who criticizes him and he plays the anti semantic card.

You may think whats best for Britain but 17.4 million disagree.

Just ask the Hungarians what they think of Soros. I would not be using him or Gina Miller as examples of 'championing democracy'. They are both puppets and love to play the victim card which really irritates me.
