I refused it, nobody could understand what was wrong, bloody re wine in ice.!!! 3 1 1

faraday Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Gonna get a bottle of NZ Sauv Blanc from Villa tomorrow, & if there's some mince pies or Christmas cake at a reasonable price, I'll drench 'em in Bird's Custard. Then feel bloated & grumpy...???????? Sadly, I've not seen Mistletoe here, otherwise I'd be off to Chez Colin....???? 1

simon43 Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 I will maybe go and have a Christmas dinner at a decent restaurant here in Luang Prabang. The only problem is that it's "too much"! No, not the cost but the quantity ???? The amount of food would last me a week... Happy Christmas everybody in Phuket, from a Phukexiteer (long gone...) 1

Paul Laycock1 Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 Eat drink watch television and hope someone comes to pay a visit. Not Santa. Screw Christmas.
Popular Post TKDfella Posted December 24, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2019 I am not religious so Christmas has no connotations for me but...I do put up a Christmas tree and give out a few bits & pieces to people I know. The reason for me is that most of the year it's 'this & that' so I take the opportunity to wish people well. So whatever you do I hope you enjoy it. Merry Christmas. 3

Waiter starts putting ice in all the glasses with one hand whilst holding the bottle in the other . ' My ow nam keng krap ' He just looked at me and smiled and carried on. I repeated myself 3 or 4 times but he just did his thing and I had to fish the ice out myself. Deaf plonker or from Burma or something.

Popular Post richard_smith237 Posted December 24, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2019 There are so so many miserable depressing people on this forum (thread), everyone outdoing each other to outline how they don’t give a shoot about Christmas! Sad, screw the religious connotations if you want, just celebrate life, family & friendship.... .... of course, if you have no family, friends or life, then agreed, what’s there to celebrate? Humbug ! 3

Nakmuay887 Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 I am going to take one of the girls from the boarding house to see the doctor as she has some of the worst eye infections I think I have ever seen. She seems less concerned than I am though. Then I will probably box with the kids for the morning and let them try out some of their new equipment that was graciously donated. Nothing too exciting on my end 1
