Govts can only afford so much before they ruin the finances of the country, plus loads of people and businesses fall through the gap. Lot's of unemployment in UK and US and other countries already

I for one don't believe any of the low numbers coming out of asia given the amount of Chinese tourists who have visited.  What do all these nations have in common.  Simply look at their govt structure.
