Yes, let them all in and start all over again. Let's get the 2nd, 3rd and 4th waves underway asap. Then we can stay on strict lockdown for another year or so.

It's the only tourism model they know...

It's called getting the tourist industry back on its feet, and if that knocks some of their own citizens off, less social security to pay. Win-win in their eyes.

Absolutely gagging to get the Chinese back to clog up the streets with their buses and pollute the sea with endless diesel chugging boats

Snot rockets and public defecating will shortly resume

Wonderful

Would you mind refraining whilst im eating my breakfast, thank you.

This doesn't mean much as no foreigner is allowed into the country for tourism purposes, where their country is on the list or not. And certainly not until they life the 14-day self isolation. Thailand needs to get it's one country functioning 'normally' before letting any tourists in.

This is absolutely brilliant. They destroyed the economy by shutting it down, now they want to allow Chinese visitors back in. Of course they believe Chinese statistics on the infection rate there. Nevermind that no one else in the world believes the nonsense the Chinese come out with, but the PM of Thailand does.

Must be getting a kickback from the Chinese

I think readers are reading n=more into this than they should.

There are very few countries on the list yet we're not expecting an influx of tourists from Russia or Sweden just now. If anything the list is useless right now as things change very quickly.

You can't fix stupid!!! Chinese really??? Wouldn't have anything to do with they are big spenders, WOULD IT?

The rest of the WORLD wants to hold China financially responsible, but Thai Gov just wants their tourist dollars back again. Airport testing is what you guys need to focus on, many different testing avenues now available, spend some of that 5,000 baht money you didn't give to the poor people and buy testing machines.

Lift the ridiculous curfew and open malls and business's let the Thais make money again. It's OVER, time for you to get over it.
