There was an update reported in Sanook 4 hours ago. He met the pump attendant at the police station and agreed to pay her compensation of 10,000 Baht + medical expenses in return for her dropping charges. He also had to pay a 1000 Baht fine to the police.

What a <deleted>.  If I showed this video to my wife she'd emphatically state that he's got bad, bad karma coming his way and I'd like to think she's right.

my guess i someone passed the car to close and scratched it with his / her belt.

Scratched my car self also one time with my belt when i was washing the car.
