And they still will adore him when he is in jail crying

I think he will probably flee abroad to a country without a U.S. extradition treaty. There are plenty.

My post was clearly aimed at a future event whereas the one I replied to implied that Trump's term would expire after 4 years...

A year ago we Brits saw our election plagued on this website by Ponti's (Posters Of No Tactical Importance, ie they're neither citizens nor on the electoral register of the country they routinely slag off). I am a Ponti in this particular instance which is why I rarely stick a toe into the Trump threads but chose to pipe-up on this occasion as it was becoming a little one sided.

I am optimistic that the Ponti's plaguing this thread are as wrong as ours were last year ????

ponti is not an acronym. it's a fabric.

They elected George W. twice and I thought he was a complete idiot. Now he seems more of a statesman by comparison with the orange clown.

Funny that you say that. He's made it clear that he's not voting for 45 but it might help propel Biden into a landslide if he explicitly endorsed Biden.

The Big Windup is next Thursday: him and his are going to put something out there to carry through the weekend preceding the election.  Just another reality-show style cliff hangar.

A big up to Borat for his Guiliani October Surprise.

Good move, Trump! Instead of some doctored left wing biased version intended to cast him in a negative manner, he preempted them! ????

It's a shame that he hasn't had his own recordings of every interview since announcing his candidacy to stop the carefully edited versions that always show him in the worst possible light.

It took him a while, but he got there in the end.

The most racist and mentally ill President since Woodrow Wilson.  Unbelievable that voters in the United States can support such a monster.

I have to admit that there are a lot of non-American supporters of Trump, including

my own brother. I asked my brother to tell me everything that Trump has done for

America that someone else in the White house as President would not have done.

Did Trump drain the swamp, or just put his own group in it?  Did the majority of

Americans feel the oh so important need to build a better wall between Mexico

and the USA? vv Has the Republicans and Trump handled  the corona virus

situation better than the Democrats would have?   I have asked my American friends and

relatives these questions, and the majority have said No.    I just hope that Trump

becomes a bad memory after November 3rd, and that he really has to face his Tax and

other problems like a regular US citizen after that date.

Geezer

Trumps bad, but Biden is worse (and his son).

Nobody votes for Trump because they want him for president, they just want his opposition less.

It’s a shame he’s destroyed transcripts of his meetings with his favorite foreign leader.

I was saying that on TVF since last election that non base people don't vote for Trump- they vote against the Dems candidate, but the message doesn't seem to get over.

IMO if the Dems had put up a half way decent candidate it'd be all over long ago, but they put up Biden, sigh.

Ahhh I think the fat lady went home allready all the begging for foreign help the wrecking of the post office the voter suppression the outright repeating of russan disinformation the attempts at ginning up some bs story about Biden aren’t going to help trump we are on to him he’s done imo this tantrum at 60 minutes is just another example of trumps unfitness for the job only 10 days to go!

You have been told already and repeatedly the state security, justice and intelligence agencies have confirmed the emails/laptop sage is NOT Russian disinformation. Calling the Biden laptop story Russian disinformation against the credible and definitive statements by the top agencies is literally a conspiracy theory - normally against forum rules. Yet you still repeat this untruth often and unchallenged. Interesting.

Interesting that nothing was said by the poster about a laptop.

Other that the compromised head of DNI, who has claimed, within government, the laptop actually belongs to H. Biden / content has not been inferred with? So far as I know, to date, there has been nothing reported from credible sources on the forensic examination of the laptop data.

Me too... I don't like him and think Biden's a 'nicer' human but I loathe the self-righteous pc libs even more than I dislike Trump. I think Biden will win but it will be closer than the pc clowns lead us to believe.

A concern is that Biden's comments on the oil and gas industry shutting down could be another Hillary 'Shut The Coal Mines' moment. His fracking comment didn't go so well either.  Trump's good at getting people fired up about stuff like that.

I think the election is likely to be lost for Trump with all the voting so far but it could effect the senate.

Biden needs to get the message out that he is talking longer term and not short term without upsetting his left supporters who want real action on climate change.

Sure glad they released it.  The American public gets another chance to see what a jerk he is.  And a liar.  Congrats to Leslie for calling out his lies.

He could have been reelected if he had just a few things different.  Not lying would be one.  Showing some compassion for the 225k killed by CV19 would have been another.  But, for those of us who've known about Trump for decades, it is what it is.

A bit of a blunder on Biden's part.  But, in PA, a majority are against coal mining.  A slim majority, but a majority.  And a majority are in favor of dealing with the climate crisis.  So it hit home with them.

A lame attempt to deflect even more heat generated by an interviewer, who was not tossing softballs at the emporer. He just continues violating established norms of decency, and will lost huuuugely. He loses more support by the day.

There is an important thing to understand about the dynamics at play here. Every time the polls drop, those are HIS SUPPORTERS, who are defecting. That is all he has now. So many of his former supporters are put off by how unhinged, unstable, and disjointed he is.

Pathetic. Time to grow up.

You mean Russian interference?  Trump's deal to build Moscow Towers and get a multi-million dollar payout?  Not sure what you're on about.

I think Trump's "we're learning to live with it" comment regarding Covid 19 will do far more damage with seniors who don't want to die of the virus.
