Lost emoji

There's an emoji I use to use sometimes, same as the one below.

Since the 'upgrade' it's disappeared from my dropdown list of 'Smileys & Emotion'

It used to appear as 'recently used', but now only displays as         without the emoji.

I've only managed to include this one as I see someone else just used it and I copied it from their post to paste it below.

Yes, it's one of the "default" emojis that are currently not working!

Has there been a committee formed to look into the problem?

So I wonder if the poster I copied it from must have had it saved elsewhere if it's not working?

Delayed concussion from that accident a few weeks ago when he was tailgated I reckon it is Col' .. Remember he was on about Nurse Ratchet .? maybe he needs electro shock therapy to clear this Imogene thing out of his head ..

I just noticed that there are over 1,500 emojis available on this forum. Therefore, I now propose that the category "Default" with its non-working emojis be eliminated. This will solve the problem once and for all.

Yeah, but of those 1.500 emoticons, probably 95-98% never get used. Ever. ????
The 2 categories that do get used are the "Smileys and Emoticons" and the "Default", which has the best emoticons. 

As they were working fine before the "blip" and are in the "default" category, one might be tricked into thinking it shouldn't be that hard to restore them. Can't think of any reason why they wouldn't want to restore them.

I'd always kept hope that they'd actually expand the "default" category as it had far more useful and entertaining emoticons than the other categories.

So I wouldn't have to copy gif images, upload them as files, then insert them into posts like this:

This:  is literally me right now. Drinking coffee and staring at the computer. Even the same hairstyle (though my skin is a bit whiter). Probably the same look on my face as well.

Which is why we need the "default" emoticons (and more like them) ! Someone should start a poll. Or Petition. Or Pub crawl ! (You know, when the bars open again.)

Whatever happened to the "Thai wai" emoji ?

I've been looking all over and it seems to have disappeared, but the ": jap :"  () emoji is still there.

Necro-post !

I went to insert an emoji into a post and it seems it's been removed ?

It was the one of the smiley facing a fan and "something" hits the fan and sprays the smiley.

Been searching google and different "emoji" forums and sites but I can't find that one.

Lots of other (lame) emojis that are the same idea, but not the one with the InVision smiley.

Edit - seems the emoji is still there. Odd as I scrolled through the entire list twice and couldn't see it.

Come back  an hour later and there it is !
