Many people remain uncertain about Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha’s mission to reopen Thailand in four months, which he stated in a televised announcement yesterday (Wednesday), due to the ongoing high COVID-19 infection rate and current low vaccination rate.

A food vendor in Bangkok’s Laksi district said that he believes the country can be reopened as planned, telling Thai PBS that the government “must have already thought it through.”

He is, however, still worried, because the COVID-19 situation has not improved, especially with the new infections exceeding 2,000 cases every day. “The number hasn’t dropped,” he said.

I'd be skeptical of the PM's ability to organize a bun fight in a bakery.

"many Skeptical" I'm not, he is a  living God. Although being an Atheist doesn't  help my argument much.

70% fully vaccinated. Easy peasy

Goal posts moved.

70% with one dose.

Top 1% can have 2 doses plus some cake.

The food vendor who thinks the government "must have already thought it through" obviously hasn't been following the news much.  That said, I must have missed when it was that food vendors became a reliable source for policy verification ????

All pray to the mighty PM Uncle Tu, he is the almighty Czar and defeater of Covid.  100 million doses of vaccine will soon be pumping into the arms of all that reside in Thailand. He will achieve the impossible in just 4 months and then break bread after walking on the water (of course on top of a submarine), but nonetheless he is a man of his words, "There will not be a coup" "I will tackle Corruption"  etc.......he has the country in his firm grip.

Hold on to those snouts boys, we're going in. Dive, dive, dive ....

How do we get an informed opinion on this? Tourism expert? Top Doctor? No. Opposition politician? No.

We'd better go to a noodle vendor then!

More  like...............U  farted!

He absolutely can.

He simply says "it's under control" , tells media to report it's under control.
Eliminates tyranical measures such as ankle chains, tracking, and 2 week jail terms that you pay 200k for..

opens borders and cities for living freely...and poof!
Economy back to normal and tourists pouring in.

he did not stop the 3rd wave, because "what will be, will be".

that resulted in 20-30 deaths every day for over 2 months. Over 1k now.

in 4 months there would be 200-300 death every day for months to come.

That would be in tens of thousands needlessly perished.

And tourists will come look around and run away even faster

Oh I think the good Thai people are way past skeptical and far past the point of questionable regarding his character.

Laksi - hub of noodle-vendor advisers to government ministers.

Next up to be interviewed to see how well this will go down will be Somchai the homeless man "Yes the PM is doing a good job and when the country opens up in 120 days my cup will be full of coins the foreigners do not like to carry around"

Thing is he's tethered to that now but is not exactly surrounded by competent people capable of getting the vaccine situation to where it needs to be in order to meet that deadline .. personally they'd find it difficult to attain the numbers required even if he had less of a collection of fools and rogues carrying it out as the logistics of what is required now are immense ..

I think Prayuth doesn't know what to do anymore and he try to save his skin by make false promises to keep office... He should be banned for life and be in jail for many reasons. Totally incapable....

yes, let's ask food vendors opinion... i suggest a trip to Lop Buri to ask primates too

Just checking that the nose has not extended too much.....

It’s just suicidal and grossly irresponsible to open up the country in 120 days while the capital has been unable to contain the latest outbreak and while there is a shortage of vaccine. I understand the economy is hurt and people are suffering but the country should only be opened with clear targets to be reached first such as % of population fully vaccinated and acceptable number of daily cases.

Why asking the opinion of a noodle vendor? Might as well Just go and get the opinion of girls who used to work in A Go Gos, massage ladies and bar girls.

No need  for scepticism he's already done a cracking job at closing everything ????

  • Popular Post

At first i was also skeptical but now with these cool wristband trackers for us he is clearly on the winning path.

How can anyone be skeptical when PM said...

So let it be written; so let it be done.

It's gospel!
