Seems to me he's doing this because he is so lost and incapable with the situation that this is the only thing he can dream up.  

So 175.000 baht a month for 7 years minus living expenses so that's how he got  the  billions in the bank he declared  plus the 40 million daddy give him. Yes all seems above board
