They said what they said because there isn't really anyone else out there who either can or willing to take the job on, so the PM, right now, is a choice by default...

That is the status with quite a few countries around the world.

But, i thought here they had a few better options.

Didn't he say "were were standing at the edge of the abyss, with me you'll take a big leap forward" ?

Wishful thinking , if you ask the right people you get the right answer . I guess the poll has been confined to Bangkok , nobody in the north or Isaan has seen a poll . Economies thrive when you leaders with business flair , I don't think that can be said of Prayut Chan O Cha .

I also believe the Thai economy can save itself from Prayuth.

I am deeply disappointed at the river of skepticism running through this thread.........

It's immaterial as the small numbers taken in the poll represent absolutely nothing!  Asean Now must be scraping the bottom of the news barrel to even publish this and the Daily News must have had Government pressure out on them to even publish this stupid result!

A 'Super Poll'?  So 720 people believe the Government is doing a good job, eh -- and that, supposedly, is worth reporting that it represents the whole population!

It's not worth commenting on -- I wonder why I did?

Me to myself ..... its just a bad dream .... you will wake up in a minute and the world will be fine.

I do not believe that a poll of 0.001% of the people can be seriously considered a representative sample.

Certainly not a Super Poll

Tooth Fairy anyone?

I can believe it, I've said before that you get what you vote for and absolutely deserve whatever that brings.

I won't be surprised if they vote this guy in again when the time comes regardless of how legitimate that election is.

Just now, ukrules said:

Many voted 2-300  baht thats who they voted  for

This country has the leaders it deserves.....

Where did they make this co-called poll? Try to make this in Esan and the North West and then see the result.

Absolute hogwash. This poll was either completely fabricated, or the questions were hugely misleading.

Thailand knows this guy could not even save his cat from a toe infection, much less save a historically decimated economy. He is a complete failure at everything he attempts. Face it. Stop the lies!

Such ridiculousness, one barely knows what to say, except I smell something very fishy here.

Thank you,  it just confirms what I have said all along,  that the majority of Thais support and believe in Khun Prayut Chan O Cha.  He has worked hard to keep Thailand moving ahead during Covid19. :wai:

Maybe one for a Mod to answer - does the +21773 score refer to total replies to your posts or total replies in favour of them? Hmmm? And don't ask answer this question yourself!

66.8% delusional people who believe the person who led the country into an economic crisis can lead them out of it.

Would  you  like a  100  baht to say the pm is great.......was the question

Poor man, he’s living in a bubble..

Gives me the same feeling as when I thought about Trump, Johnson in the UK, or Scott Morrison in Aus. for that matter... I think Nelson, from The Simpsons said it best ? HA HA!

1078 people out of a population of 65+ million come on who are you kidding  and no doubt the survey was most probably most of his friends and family from his local neighbourhood !
