As a couple of others have already mentioned, maybe this is a set up to make Thailand look better than SWitzerland in light of Anutin's little problem. I wouldn't put it past them to either make the whole story up, or just add this old photo to a story that has been embellished. Who knows!?

I have encountered marijuana with meth, got to be careful where you buy and another good reason for legalisation.

 

can be used to to hide low quality weed or worse to get someone addicted so they keep coming back to the same seller, some people even do deliberately to reduce come down but thats meth laced with marijuana not the other way around.
