Good news, if true. What has a snooker table got to do with the transmission, or not, of Covid.

Sorry , I haven't got a cue .

Terrible joke. I'll give it a rest.

They probably mean pool. Snooker is played in dedicated snooker halls.

What's the difference? The players both do the same, putting balls into these pockets with a long stick, only the size of the tables are different.

Some beer bars were open already last night. I had a few beers. ????

And even some opened on the 14th. Not much looking like restaurants.

The sticks used to shoot the balls into the holes could have the virus on them.

All should be SHA approved.

you still have to handle your balls

The police came to Cloud 9 bar the other day to complain about their pool table. Last night, the bar was closed.

Apparently “restaurants “ cannot have pool tables.

Chuck a cloth over them and add a few chairs.......

Not easy to throw a cloth over a pool table while customers are playing pool.

Then it is of course NOT a restaurant, and really pushing their luck.

That is what the authorities have told them they must do.

That's a shame, because a lot of tourists like a game of pool in between their meal courses.  ????
