Principles? Is this guy serious? This government has an unbroken track record of being consistently and thoroughly unprincipled. This is going to change now?

What country are you from?

if it is the US or UK, loads of hypocrisy.

The last few days, I spoke with several thai people, educated and not so educated.
None of them was really aware of what is going on in Ukraine but straight away mentioned that a thai actress died.

My gf won't shut up about this actress, been talkin about it for 2 days straight already.

Taking over "territory" is not considered a civilized thing to do these days.

Russians said they won't be taking Ukraine, just do whatever they are doing and then leave, similar to what US did to Iraq, Afganistan etc.

Holy Guacamole, if SWITZERLAND for Christ sakes can finally take a side after failing to do so in WW2, surely it's safe for Thailand to. There is careful and then there is so careful that you look like weenies to the entire world.

if they took side of coalition Hitler would invade them. If they took Hitler side there would be no more big money and gold deposits coming to banks from all over occupied Europe. Many/most of those account holders were murdered during war, with funds unclaimed.

Now days rich people keep money in bitcoin. No need for swiss banks.

So this time it was easy to take side.

Did the Russians not have weapons? If so then the answer has to be yes, right?

Ukraine has weapons, they could've prevented it no?

Ie....Thailand is the center of the Universe attitude many here have.  Additionally, wearing of Nazi uniforms and such by Thai students shows that the worlds true history is never truly taught.

It's a problem not peculiar to the Thais.

Sounds like Russia is becoming concerned as far as how they are being seen.  Heavy handed responses as well.  Why not just say they will be poisoned.   Sarcastic loaded post.....

Just had a look at the Russian Embassy facebook page in London.......???? Its like a R.T or Sputnik clone spewing out propaganda by the hour so its not just Thailand
