Thailand’s leading graft-fighters have appealed to politicians and political parties contesting the next general election to demonstrate a clear commitment to dealing with corruption, which they said has become more visible and widespread.

“Politicians have the primary responsibility in taking the lead in the fight against corruption,” said Niwatchai Kasemmongkol, secretary general of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

Nope, YOU have, and you failed.

Wikipedia:

The core mandates of the commission are to root out corruption by investigating unusual wealth or abuses of power for personal gain committed by government officials or politicians. Critics have charged that the commission tackles issues of a political nature that do not involve corruption per se. Thus, "...it has not remained politically impartial, the core quality of an independent agency."

They don't know how

wish they had kept this one until 1st April

how about the commission investigating unusual wealth with people in office - oh that's right, the people in office modified the rules so they did not have to declare earnings or wealth- I mean that is a huge red flag right there

Did you spluttered your gin and tonic to know that SG NACC Watcharapol has a track record of clearing NCPO members of corruption allegations like the construction of the Rajabhakti Park and the infamous Richard Mille watch case.

Sadly the NACC is a broken reed, knobbled by Gen Watchman through Pol Gen Wach.
