It has been years but always found on the open shelves of pharmacy area in Lotus. 

Yup, pretty well any pharmacy will have it, you may have to ask for "oxygen".

 

Failing that, Lazada has many examples.

I buy it in the pharmacy. 

If you are going to bleach your hair, I suggest you also buy a small bottle of Gentian Violet.  Add 3-4 drops to a large bottle of water (1500 ml is ideal) and use that to rinse your hair after bleaching it.   The purple rinse will eliminate any brassy/orange colour.

A pharmacy.

Small bottles comes in 3%.

Larger bottles (circa 450 ml) comes in 3% and 6%.

1 liter bottles normally needs to be ordered and can come in food grade, 35% to 50%.

Any pharmacy (be it stand alone, or in a supermarket).

I would suggest going to a pharmacy, but I won’t since it’s been mentioned on every reply already 

All pharmacies, most big grocery stores. Here it's 6% compared to 3% in USA.
