I think the main problem with this girl, and probably many others in that age group, is that they don't think clearly, and they don't think what could happen.

I wouldn't accept pills, probably without name and without box, from someone who tells me to just take some pills and all will be fine.

For a girl, half naked, together with a guy, this is just a very stupid idea (independent of what kind of pills he gave her in this case).

If she can't prove that he drugged her, will he likely win such a lawsuit?

 

It seems it is very easy for any woman to destroy the reputation of a guy. What are the option for the accused to save his reputation and business? Can he demand a compensation from her if his business suffers or is destroyed?

That was my first thought as well.

 

As for the accusation, she took her boyfriend but let him be put in another room! Perhaps she should have used that thing in her head  ( a brain ) and refused to proceed unless he was present.

Oh well, if she's dumb enough to get a tat like that, she's obviously dumb enough to be alone in a room with a strange man, and take pills that she doesn't know.

There is much to be said for services that people have ,that need a bystander involved, You would think this is  wise for her and the artist safety.
