I'm not sure, but by the end of the week, he'll be the greatest American moderate in the history of the world!

  • He is the weirdo who first called Vance weird. He is a race baiter. Looks like a tool.

I don't know his specific policies but I do know that's Minnesota has been in bad decline under his leadership.

Thanks. Walz lied.

No, he put in his resignation last my before he had any idea his unit was being called up.

Your’re denigrating a man who served for 24 years and probably supporting a draft dodger  who paid off a doctor to lie and say he had bone spurs so he could get out of military service ?
Weird morals you’ve got.

He served in the military for 24 years, retired and two months after he retired his unit was called up go to the Middle East so FAUX news is claiming he deserted his post.  What do you expect from an entertainment media outlet that had to pay $800 million for lying?

Trump complained that Walz was in favor of convicted felons being able to vote after they’d paid their debt to society. Yet, Trump, a convicted felon is able to vote in FL because they don’t care about a felony conviction in NY. Hypocrite.

He’s a popular governor with no skeletons in his closet, like eyeliner-wearing, couch humper and dolphin sex fan J D Vance, who’s changed his name four times for some odd reason. Who keeps changing their name ? That’s weird, very weird.

The retirement occurred before he first ran for congress.

It was known guard units could be deployed but he had no knowledge that his specific unit was going to be deployed.

24 years service before deciding to try to be a congressman sounds like it was more than enough. Incredibly admirable actually.

Yes the sleazeball maga fascists are trying to SWIFT boat him.

A few problems with that.

He didn't do anything wrong.

He's running for VP, not the top of the ticket.

Vance is the one that has been bought by billionaires and is a total phony.

Not Walz who is as authentic as it gets.

The truth does not hurt, any more than your lying hurts.

2005, so not probable that they were given a short notice, although, doesn't mean he couldn't leave if so, depending what his contract stated.

Haven't followed the thread, so couldn't say if he lied or not.  Honorable discharge, so what ever happened, it was allowed.

Sorry, I provided the direct quote from the National Guard. Case closed.

Not closed the way you desperately WANT it to be closed. You oh-so-carefully omitted the rest of the quote:

"He retired as a master sergeant in 2005 for benefit purposes because he did not complete additional coursework at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy," she added.

The two retired Command Sergeants Major in the guard confirm:

According to the letter, Minnesota Governor Walz was selected in 2004 to serve as the Command Sergeant Major of the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and by September of that year Walz was conditionally promoted to the rank.

CONDITIONALLY.

Never met the requirements, achieving only the title temporarily, contingent upon completing ALL the requirements. Doesn't sound as if he needed much longer to complete them, and then he would have retired with more benefits, BUT the deployment was coming up, so he just HAD to bail out.

But then he LIED anyway on the Minnesota website that he'd retired as a command master sergeant. The National Guard says he DIDN'T. Stolen valor.

AND he knew well in advance about the coming deployment and bailed out like a coward before it actually happened.

Seems you should be pretty clear on what the reality of the situation was now so that you can stop spreading disinformation.

I looked into this.

He had no knowledge in advance of deployment.

Lookin' in all the wrong places as usual. He did.

But, by early 2005, Walz's battalion was ordered to mobilize for an active duty deployment to Iraq. Shortly after, in May 2005, Walz "quit, leaving the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and its Soldiers hanging

So knocking someone for a temporary post, is a bit off..🤔

You've missed the point. The knocking is about his lying about his rank at retirement.

Otherwise, it's a mere dispute with ignorant, bickering posters trying to claim it wasn't a lie, because.

Well the conversation is about Walz, but Trump doesnt go around bragging about his non existent military service like Walz does.

But he serves the purpose. Socialist and not a Jew. The party of anti semites.

You have the facts wrong. The claims come from fellow National Guardsman. And he had advance notice of the coming deployment, so he bailed.

Has America had 2 bigger cowards than Harris and Walz? Harris scared of interviews and debates. Walz runs from war to place tampons in boys toilets.
