Did the AN WEBMASTER change the topics and comments location ?

 

they are on the left now ....    I preferred them on the right.    Why do they change things that aren't broken.  

On mobile the posts are at the bottom of the page below the links to other forums and threads. 

Something has been going on for the last couple of days.

 

I used to have it set up so that when it opened AN offered me Thai News, World News and Political Soapbox, these being the forums which I used the most.

 

Now it is all over the place.

 

Mind you the EVA Air adverts are as reliable as ever.

Probably because the green UP arrow was blocking the view of the topics on the right. The unnecessary arrow was originally on the left and blocked the view of the posts, so they moved it to the right-hand side months ago.

 

The ripple effect - swallowed the spider to catch the fly etcetera. Just remove the green UP arrow and problem sorted.

 

This is what happens when 19 year-old "programming geniuses" with ADHD can't keep their fingers out of the pie. 

Why do they keep messing with the forum ,don't like comments on the left,

Same, and I really don't like it.

Topics and comments on the right - can see both Forum and Topics in a single glance, effectively read both at the same time.

Topics and comments on the left - terrible. Have to keep changing area of vision. 

A small problem on the surface but an annoying one nonetheless. It was fine before the change, why alter?

Can we get the topics and comments back over to the right side please .... ?

 

much easier and better to look at than on the left that's for damn sure  !!

It's been a few days, why has this glitch not been fixed?

It doesn''t bother me at all. I can move my eyes and my brain can remember where the list is without much difficulty.

Can't understand why I have got NO ADVERTS this morning.

I tried it with my left eye closed. Makes very little difference.

Endless petty changes, are they really necessary?

because it's easier to look at on the right ... and it's always been that way.  When you change something it's irritating,  when I have to look on the left it does alter the vision slightly,  much easier on the right side.  imo

It's not as easy or straightforward as that when many other systems are plugged into it and affected by it.

 

The theme generally is being looked at, things will improve in due course.
