Yea I saw trump get driven around in a new garbage truck took him 3 try’s just to grab the handle hey that’s a great prison job for him emptying trash cans.or perhaps if you like a more presidential ride like president Biden’s 7 hr train ride through a war zone (Ukraine) to meet with Zelenskyy but then again Biden is for real not a cartoon nft kinda president .

As for Trump's garbage truck stunt, there is nothing much to say, except how long was he actually with the truck, and did he actually achieve anything by the stunt, other that people laughing at him?

I agree Trump is a super troll, no doubt, as well as the greatest con man / grifter ever but I'm at a bit of a loss of what the message is with the garbage stunt.

He's agreeing that he and his fans are trash? Or what?

I find the message if there even is one to be quite muddled.

The election isn't about turning them.

It's about turnout (the higher the turnout the better for Harris) and the women's vote. Puerto Ricans could help.

At this point I start to think that Trump is seeing the writing on the wall and hurriedly working out a plea deal with Harris' next DOJ. Might be part of his self-trolling to make himself something plea-able. Like a plea of insanity of sort.

For the sake of argument, let's say that WAS what Joe meant. He wasn't wrong, HE'S not running for president, and this whole tempest in a teapot didn't change the mind of a single voter. No Dem said, "I'm voting for the convict now instead of Harris cuz Joe said the quiet part out loud about the garbage people." On the other hand, there's one HELLUVA lot of brown and black voters who HAVE changed their minds about voting for the convict cuz he didn't condemn what was spewed at his rally, and don't go hemming and hawing that he did. He tried to distance himself by saying he didn't know who the guy was, but he never came out and said that's not what he believes cuz he DOES believe they're garbage. Remember he tried trading off Puerto Rico for a chunk of land inhabited by white people?

None of those words are new in my usage.

If he takes power, the correct description is that he will become America's Dictator King.

As autocracy scholar Anne Applebaum says, if he wins American democracy will be dead for a generation. (I would say probably much longer.)
