Baring adult male knees in public, other than at the beach?  Unlike myself, you clearly are not a well-educated English gentleman...

That reminds me of the Rector of the school (Catholic) I went to when mini skirts first came in to fashion (for the girls). He would say why would you want to look at a girls knees.

Oh look, the Lefty using homosexuality as an insult.

Dude, you have missed the boat. Aside from a personal choice, as far as fashion goes, beards are so done... it was a post-COVID 2020-2021 thing but is now old hat and will just make you look older. Each to their own, but very few guys can carry it off and not put 10 years on instantly. If you're not sure and are having a crisis or whatever, ponder this, women HATE facial hair on a bloke and it just makes you look like.

... a Cnt. Anyone considering it must have low self esteem. Shave that rubbish off and just be clean for your women. Have some self respect.

Asian women hate beards. Most foreigners eat farang foods along with our body chemistry makes us smell very differently. This is extremely off putting to Asians and if you're interested especially Asian women. I hate the look and especially the smell.

I'm always amazed here in Thailand when I see some guy with a beard with a woman in tow to be honest

Personally, I only eat Thai food and my wife's friends had mentioned to her that I don't have that peculiar farang smell.

Beards are smelly and aesthetically unappealing to Asian women.

I think what's even worse is that stubble look. Here you have neither a beard or clean shaven and it generally looks like an absolute mess not something aesthetically cool or pleasing.

No man living in Thailand should have a beard. End of story. If a Thai man wants to grow a beer that's completely up to him and that's within his social construct.

QUOTE: "...Asian women hate beards..."

Years ago I was discussing something with my Thai wife (Dr. of medicine) and her mother joined the conversation (both spoke very advanced English). Then beards entered the chat.

To get to the point, both agreed that many Thai women see men with beards as just lazy. Some also profile beards as smelly.

Personal choice

End of story

Unfortunately my Beard looks like Paul McCartney's pretty scraggly and makes me look homeless.  I shave once a week. 😃

I'm struggling with razors here. Bic were cheap and decent, now price up 50%. Clearly poor value but the other fancy Gillette products are ridiculously overpriced. Thinking about going to single blade safety razor

Bic: 3 blade cartridge now tear my face up after two shaves.

I got fed up with multi blade razors as difficult to keep clean from shaving soap/hair, also expensive. Tried electric razor but no close shave.

Now returned to single blade old type safety razor, easy to clean, but have to shave slowly to avoid cuts as it shaves very closely, styptic pencil kept on hand. Blades last a long time and much cheaper.

After the age of 50, having a beard will just make you look older as does the four-day stubble look.  I used to wear a beard for a number of years but shaved it off when I was about 33.

I was fifty something when I first grew a beard. Now I am eighty something but the face the beard covered up is still fifty something to me and I like to keep i that way.

Have a mole on my chin, got fed up of always nicking it every day as a youngster

So at 24 grew a Goatee, and still have it at 74, do find shaving the rest is a pain in older age but the stubble is not noticeable so shave the rest maybe 1 x a week

my beard grows in patches - leaving "Gobi Desert" like areas on my face so shave smooth every day. Part of my morning routine. my wife likes my smooth face and my cue ball noggin.

I grow a beard from time to time to give me a break from shaving which I find tiresome.

 Ranked 7th shortest.

The average penis size in Thailand is the seventh-shortest in the world, according to a survey conducted by British online clinic From Mars.

Cambodia has the shortest penises in the world, with an average erect length of 3.95 inches. Here are some other countries with short penises:

  • Taiwan: 4.24 inches
  • Philippines: 4.27 inches
  • Sri Lanka: 4.29 inches
  • Hong Kong: 4.41 inches
  • Bangladesh: 4.41 inches
  • Thailand: 4.51 inches
  • Vietnam: 4.52 inches
  • Malaysia: 4.52 inches
  • Singapore: 4.54 inches                   Mines 9" but I never use it as a rule.

I'm told the Thai rating would be far more impressive if the Chinese Thai element was excluded from the survey.

Try Gillette Blue 3. 60 baht for a pack of three in Makro.

Hajji?

I had a beard in my younger days. For most of my life, I have been clean-shaven. Now, however, at age 79, I only shave and trim my beard once a week, so I have the now-prevalent, one-week-old beard that many celebrities and male presenters on most TV news programs (like CNN).

Beards and mousers were mainly grown to hide unattractive faces, but now even handsome men tend to have beards, I am referring to guys from 20 to 40 years old mainly.

Not so surprised there's some pretty ugly mugs amongst us. Just surprised they would show themselves.
