In yet another episode in Pattaya, tourists unable to hold it any longer have resorted to relieving themselves inappropriately, even as one was spotted defecating on the bonnet of a Deputy Superintendent's car.

On 10th February 2024, reports surfaced from Chonburi Province of tourists, both local and international, frequenting the vibrant beachfront area opposite Pattaya City Police Station. This location, known for its nightlife and lively atmosphere, often draws many visitors who sit by the beach to enjoy the scenery.

Tourists in need of public facilities typically use the toilets at Pattaya City Police Station. However, as of late, a notice has been posted at the entrance stating, "No Water Supply," indicating that the facilities have been out of service for the past 3-4 days.

This has led some visitors to seek out nearby private toilets, incurring a fee of 5-10 baht. Most, however, disregarded the notice, sneaking through the station to the rear and relieving themselves. Men have been seen urinating behind the station, while women find more concealed spots.

In a particularly shocking incident, one individual defecated on a Deputy Superintendent's car parked at the station for all to see.

The area is bustling with tourists and locals who visit the police station for various services. It's become a persistent issue, with the odour of urine permeating the surroundings.

Locals and visitors alike have expressed their discomfort, noting the overpowering smell as soon as they step out of their cars. Many have taken to covering their noses.

Residents urge the Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station to address and resolve the situation efficiently, reported Amarin TV.

I can sort of understand him doing this. It is wierd, but the police in Pattaya have done little to earn any respect.

S**t on from not such a great height.....

Public toilets were on the agenda 7/8 years ago during the planned "renovation" of Beach Rd....pity they never got off the drawing board....but the public showers are working fine....not :whistling:

Of course Pattaya as expected…

I'm seeing a definite escalatory trend here.

First it was sex on the beach.

Then a bit of male nudity

Next there was a splattering of peeing.

Now the pooping has started.

I thought nobody gave a sh*t!

Tourist Defecates on Police Car, Public Urination Unfolds Outside Police Station

That's the way it goes  ,They Want the Tourists Money  But Oh My  they don't do anything for the tourists.

There should be thousands of toilets in good conditioning  all over the Areas for any Holiday Person Native or foreign .

From the second paragraph ...."On 10th February 2024, reports surfaced from Chonburi Province of tourists,..." 2024????

Making loads of money from tourism but not returning any of it in terms of facilities and now complaining about the result sounds very petty.

But how do you climb up on the bonnet of a car to do it ?  Surly the police can block the area off ? Put a guard ? Whatever, I think it’s disgusting. Plenty room on that beach to put public toilets with cleaner every kilometer along. Charge each person 10 baht for the loo and 20 baht for a shower.  They do in Phuket. And in Jomtien beach night market.

I find this report unconvincing. just think, if you were busting for a Number 2 in this situation you would likely seek to hide yourself behind a vehicle. Would your first thought be to climb onto the bonnet (hood) of a car and take a dump? Would you face the windscreen, side or forward. would you hope to use the windshield wiper as a 'bum-gun'?

There is literally hundreds of toilets there within a five minute walk, in Central on every floor, in the bars (where you tip 10 baht for cleaning) in restaurants etc etc

No need to krap on a car!  But I am glad he chose that car.

Good idea with the showers.

Wouldn’t have to waste 300 baht for a short time room with the Coconut Bar girls.

Install glory holes in the toilets.

it would be a real hit.

Been eating the local Som Tam (Papaya Salad), got Bangkok Belly and could not hold no longer??

With all the money Pattaya is earning from the tourists, they could surely afford to put a few public toilets along beach road.
Pattaya gets the <deleted> they are deserving.

I guess all the police are too busy keeping the roads safe and have no time to protect their own back yard.

They should be turning hoses on these filthy animals.

Hard to decide who to root for in this story...

Surprised some enterprising person hasn't opened a chain of public toilets 10 baht a time ? could be a winner,  Does it have to be the council?

File it under freedom of speech ...

Pooping in public is rather declassee

The person who did a crap on the police car bonnet should be arrested and fined.

The local authorities need to act urgently,  and provide toilets for tourists.

I find it difficult to believe someone got up on the car bonnet,   there are camera's everywhere and police are in and out regularly.  Maybe bs.

Can someone please confirm,   are all the weird member names shown below all AI bots I suspect.  The names are so crazy it's obvious.   imo

When I read the headline, somehow I just KNEW this was going to be in Pattaya.

the weird one's all left after I wrote the post ....  Lol

Kind of makes you wonder. If the Police station water supply is out then where are the inmates there going to the toilets?

For some odd reason based on this I get the feeling the police put the sign up about no water just to stop the foreigners lining up to use their toilets.

These actions of the foreigners should not be taken against them. Pattaya has failed miserably to install even temp toilets for tourists to use. Where else can they go?
